Baby Levi Cole Ellerbe was kidnapped on July 17 after two people came to mother Hanna Barker's trailer door just after 9pm and sprayed her in the face with what she believed was mace.

Instinctively, the Barker ran to get away, a statement from Natchitoches police said, and when she went back home, found her infant son was missing.

Police said the search for baby Levi began immediately, with additional officers from surrounding precincts called in to help.

Unfortunately, less than 90 minutes after Levi went missing, police were alerted to a fire nearby the railroad, where they found a badly burned six-month-old boy.

Levi was rushed to Natchitoches Regional Medical Center in a critical condition but died on Wednesday from his injuries.

Tätä musua varmaan harmittaa että jäi kiinni thaimaassa (meidän onneksi) sillä EU:ssa hän olisi saanut varmaan turvapaikan suomesta tai ruotsista täydellä ylläpidolla ja rahaa vielä taskuun. Lomamatkoillaan olisi varmasti voinut jatkaa samaa puuhastelua. Saattaa tosin vielä ilmestyä sen jälkeen kun thaimaalaiset ovat hänet karkoittaneet (nämä karkoitukset onnistuvat 100%sesti jos ei ihan ehdoin tahdoin halua viettää aikaansa thaimaalaisessa vankilassa...)

Häntä syytetään kidnappauksista ja jos ei lunnasta maksettu teloitti uhrit jotka olivat vierailevia liikemiehiä. Samoin teloitti ja vahingoitti virkamiehiä sekä heidän perheenjäseniä mukaanlukien yleisen syyttäjän joka löysi päästään 16 ylimääräistä tuuletusaukkoa. Kaverilla oli vähän erilainen tapa kerätä muslimien almuja...

Huomiona että kiinniotettaessa ei yllättäen löytynyt passia eikä tarjottu lahjus mennyt lävitse... Siinäkin mielessä kaveri pääsisi euroopassa halvemmalla kun on ihan normi että passi on hukassa eikä siitä sen enempää ja sormenjälkien keräilykin on rasismia.

A Mozambican has been arrested in Bangkok for allegedly masterminding crimes including murder and kidnapping in his homeland and other African nations.

Momade Assif Abdul Satar, 35, is accused of kidnapping people and demanding ransoms of up to Bt100 million – and killing the abducted if the ransom was not paid. "Mozambican authorities have said the suspect has ordered the abductions of more than 50 businesspeople who visited Mozambique in the past three years," Tourist Police deputy chief Pol Maj-General Surachate Hakpal said Sunday.  He said a gang led by Satar had allegedly killed and harmed Mozambican officials and their families. The public prosecutor who ordered his arraignment was shot in the head 16 times.

Surachate said the United States contacted Thailand about the arrest warrant for Satar, who fled his country three years ago.  "Mozambique asked for the help of a US Federal Bureau of Investigation office in Africa and the FBI office in Bangkok was alerted," he said. The Tourist Police Division then received a report about Satar.  Its investigation revealed that Satar entered Thailand under the name Sahime Mohammad Aslam three years ago. He was arrested on July 25 at a luxury hotel in Bangkok. He was unable to produce a passport and allegedly offered a bribe in exchange for his freedom. Fingerprints confirmed he is the suspect wanted by Mozambique, Surachate said. "We will deport him next week and bar him from re-entering."  He added that authorities would investigate people who worked for Satar in Thailand.

Räppäreiden tappelu sulki lento­kentän Pariisissa

ORLYN lentokenttä Pariisissa jouduttiin sulkemaan keskiviikkona, kun kaksi ranskalaisräppäriä ajautui käsirysyyn tax free -myymälässä.

Sosiaalisessa mediassa levinneet videot näyttävät, kuinka räppärit Booba, oikealta nimeltään Elie Yaffa, ja Kaaris, oikealta nimeltään Okou Gnakouri, ottavat yhteen myymälässä kosmetiikka- ja alkoholihyllyjen lomassa. Mukana tappelussa on räppäreiden matkaseurueiden jäseniä.

Videoilta näkyy, kuinka joukko miehiä lyö ja potkii toisiaan. Osa matkustajista pakenee välikohtausta.

Lähtevien lentojen terminaali suljettiin keskiviikkona hetkeksi, ja osa lennoista myöhästyi riidan takia.

Molemmat miehet sekä yhdeksän heidän seurueidensa jäsentä otettiin kiinni.

The girl was sold to him at the age of 7 to settle a debt, according to reports.

"We can confirm that this has happened," said the programme manager for Humanitarian Assistance for the Women and Children of Afghanistan.

"The (girl's) father claims that she was given in baad to settle a dispute between them, but the reality is that the girl was only seven years old when she was sold for around $13,500 (£10,000) in marriage.

"The case is still under investigation, but she is not alone – the thing to understand is that hundreds of girls become victims of such violence every day in Afghanistan. Although child marriages and baad are prohibited by the law it is not implemented in most parts of the country."

Police: Man tried to steal plane for concert

A man arrested at the Texarkana Regional Airport on July 4 allegedly told investigators he intended to fly a stolen plane to a rap music concert in another state.

Asked about his lack of training as a pilot, Zemarcuis Devon Scott, 18, allegedly told Texarkana, Ark., police that he didn't believe there was much more to the task than pushing buttons and pulling levers, according to a probable cause affidavit used to create the following account.

It was about 2:30 a.m. when airport security personnel contacted police about seeing a man jump a fence and attempt to enter an American Eagle twin-engine jet. By the time officers arrived, the suspect, later identified as Scott, had gotten onto the small commercial plane and closed the door behind him.

32-vuotias sudanilainen Sudanista on todettu syylliseksi kahteentoista sosiaalitukipetokseen useilla eri henkilöllisyyksillä useissa kaupungeissa ja kunnissa Ala-Saksin alueella Saksassa. Mies sai petoksillaan 16 kuukauden aikana rahallista hyötyä yhteensä 24 537 euron edestä.

Syytteen mukaan mies käytti kuutta eri henkilöllisyyttä petoksiinsa ja sai useista eri kaupungeista ja kunnista käteistä tai shekkejä. Wolfsburgista mies sai 4 509 euroa, Hannoverista 4 649 euroa ja Lehrtestä 4 763 euroa turvapaikanhakijalle tarkoitettuja sosiaalitukia. Lisäksi mies sai rahaa ainakin Braunschweigista, Stuhrista ja Harburgista.

Turvapaikanhakija perusteli oikeudelle tekojaan: peliriippuvaisuudella ja kertoi tarvinneensa rahaa pelaamiseen. Hän oli kuitenkin ymmärtänyt, että teko oli väärin ja petos tulee jossain vaiheessa ilmi. Hän ilmoitti halustaan maksaa rahat takaisin osissa.

Syyttäjä vaati miehelle kahden vuoden ehdotonta rangaistusta, mutta oikeus langetti hänelle vain kahden vuoden ehdollisen rangaistuksen.

A British police officer called a charity to ask if it were acceptable for an Iraqi man to date a 12-year-old girl because he wanted to be "culturally sensitive" when dealing with a suspected paedophile.

An unnamed police detective called the charity Karma Nirvana, which tackles forced marriage and other forms of 'honour-based' abuse, after he had arrested a 26-year-old Iraqi man who said that in his culture, it was acceptable for him to be in a relationship with a child, according to the charity's call logs seen by The Times.

According to the call log, the policeman said "the accused is stating that it is 'completely acceptable in my culture to be with a 12-year-old'."

The record added that the officer "'just wished to know if it is accepted in Iraqi culture to be with a 12-year-old girl' as he wished to be 'culturally sensitive'".

The charity advised that he deal with the Iraqi in the same way they would deal with any other suspected child sex predator.

Karma Nirvana said that this call showed the dangers of authorities filtering serious crimes through a 'cultural sensitivity' lens, for fear of being perceived as racist.

A police officer phoned a charity to ask whether it was "culturally acceptable" for an Iraqi paedophile to have a 12-year-old girlfriend.

The detective had arrested the 26-year-old man but wanted to be "culturally sensitive" after the suspect said the relationship was acceptable in his community. Karma Nirvana, the charity that took the call, told the officer to deal with the man as he would any other suspected child abuser.

The charity, which works with victims of forced marriage, said that the case showed the danger of officers whose professional judgment was clouded by fear of being called racist.

Lapset löytyivät miehitetystä leiristä viime perjantaina 3. elokuuta. Poliisi pidätti paikalta löytämänsä kaksi aseistettua miestä.

According to police, Mahad Aziz attacked the elderly man inside an apartment and gouged his eyes out with his bare hands. When police responded to the scene, they found the man bleeding on the ground with no eyes, and some of his teeth knocked out.

Rochester police said they found Mahad Aziz, 18, straddling the 74-year-old victim "in pool (of) blood," the city's FOX 47 reported.

Both of the victim's eyes were completely gouged out of their sockets and most of his teeth were knocked out, police said.

Jengiväkivaltaisuuksista kärsivässä Chicagossa koettiin poikkeuksellisen verinen viikon viikonloppu, jonka aikana 70 ihmistä ammuttiin, kertoo Chicago Sun Times.
11 ihmistä kuoli saamiinsa vammoihin. Joukossa oli muun muassa 17-vuotias tyttö, jota ammuttiin päähän.
Eniten ampumisia tapahtui sunnuntain aikana, jolloin 30 laukausta ammuttiin vain kolmen tunnin aikana.

- Tämä on yksi väkivaltaisimmista viikonlopuistamme, siitä ei ole kysymystäkään, poliisin tiedottaja kommentoi tiedotustilaisuudessa sunnuntaina.

Poliisin mukaan poikkeuksellisen suuri väkivallan määrä johtui siitä, että katujengien jäsenet ampuivat suuria ihmisjoukkoja kohti sattumanvaraisesti.

Poliisin mukaan ampumiset ovat vähentyneet 30 prosenttia viime vuodesta ja murhat 25 prosenttia.

Chicago Sun Timesin ylläpitämän tilaston mukaan elokuun alkuun mennessä 320 ihmistä oli saanut surmansa kaupungin väkivaltaisuuksissa vuoden 2018 aikana.

Asylum seeker who raped 17-year-old student in a cemetery replies 'Yes, I did that. Why not?' as he is jailed for 16 years for attacking her and another woman five months apart

A Sudanese asylum seeker who raped a  student and then tried to rape a mother in the same cemetery has been jailed for 16 years after admitting the crimes saying: 'Guilty. Yes - why not?'.

Sexual predator Ishaq Al-Noor, 21, who came to the UK as a refugee three years ago, carried out 'almost identical' attacks on the women in June and November last year.

Al-Noor lay in wait late at night for both victims to cross his path before dragging them into the same graveyard on Spring Bank in Hull, East Yorkshire.

When the rape charge was put to him, Al-Noor, through his interpreter, told Hull Crown Court: 'Guilty. Yes, I did that. Why not?'

He then replied 'Yes, guilty' to the attempted rape.

He will be deported after serving his jail term.

In their victim statements, read on their behalf by prosecutor John Thackray , the student, who was just 17 at the time, said: 'When he assaulted me he might as well have taken my future, my sense of self, my security, and stomped on it.

'It shattered my parents' perspective of their little girl, something no parent should have to go through.

'The guilt is still with me 12 months later. The horror in my mum's voice when she asked me through the phone 'Has somebody hurt you?' - it broke my heart. Having to sit there and recite the entire assault to a police officer in front of my parents turned me inside out.

'I have always been a high-achieving student. I had ambition; I knew exactly where my future was headed for.'

But she said when she resumed her studies, her attendance and focus dropped. She said she now feels paranoia and guilt and suffers sleep paralysis. 'Long days and longer nights lead to self-hate', she said, and she started to 'really despise myself'.

The woman Al-Noor tried to rape said 2018 was going to be 'my year', as she and her partner were due to move into a new house, celebrate family milestones, and have a 'fresh start'.

Instead, she is now dealing with the impact of Al-Noor's attack, and said she had tried to take her own life in the aftermath. She attended court with her partner to see Al-Noor jailed.

She called the attack 'vicious' and 'the closest I have been to being murdered. I don't know how I managed to fight with him. I was intoxicated, two minutes away from safety, shouting and screaming whilst he took me off my feet.

'I was screaming 'No! Please stop! No!' I thought I was going to be stabbed. He threw me to the ground and dragged me to the cemetery. He didn't say anything in the graveyard. He just forced himself on me.'

She said she felt 'worthless' and 'disgusting', and thinking 'If only I hadn't gone out drinking. If only this, if only that.'

Guilty: Gang Used Speed Boats to Smuggle Albanian Illegals Over English Channel

Six men have been found guilty of trying to illegally smuggle Albanian migrants across the English Channel in speedboats.

The gang was a mix of men from the south of England and Albanians, who acted as agents sourcing people who wanted to travel to Britain illegally, charging them around £6,000.

Father and son Leonard and Alfie Powell were convicted at the Old Bailey on Tuesday, along with Albert Letchford, Wayne Bath, Sabah Dulaj, and Artur Nutaj.

The six have yet to be sentenced.

The people smuggling operation was mainly based in Dymchurch, in Kent, and the gang was foiled following a series of failures, including one boat being rescued by authorities from a busy shipping lane.

The boat ran out of fuel in the summer of 2016 and while carrying 20 people, despite being designed for just six.

An inflatable boat called 'Rebel' was also found abandoned on Dymchurch Beach in Kent on the 11th of May 2016, containing personal belongings and vomit, indicating it was likely used to move migrants.

When Border Force officers visited the scene, Mr Bath told them he owned the vessel and claimed he had experienced an engine problem while out fishing at night.

However, the National Crime Agency (NCA) was not convinced and launched an investigation.

Later in the same month, the NCA monitored the gang as they launched a new boat, which became stranded in the English Channel with 18 illegal Albanian migrants on board and two smugglers.

Jengiväkivaltaisuuksista kärsivässä Chicagossa koettiin poikkeuksellisen verinen viikon viikonloppu, jonka aikana 70 ihmistä ammuttiin, kertoo Chicago Sun Times.
11 ihmistä kuoli saamiinsa vammoihin. Joukossa oli muun muassa 17-vuotias tyttö, jota ammuttiin päähän.
Eniten ampumisia tapahtui sunnuntain aikana, jolloin 30 laukausta ammuttiin vain kolmen tunnin aikana.

- Tämä on yksi väkivaltaisimmista viikonlopuistamme, siitä ei ole kysymystäkään, poliisin tiedottaja kommentoi tiedotustilaisuudessa sunnuntaina.

Indonesiassa noitatohtori huijasi 13-vuotiaan tytön harrastamaan seksiä kanssaan 15 vuoden ajan, jonka ajan häntä pidettiin vankina luolassa. Shamaani väitti tytölle, että hänessä on nuoren pojan sielu. Asiasta kertoo muun muassa BBC.

Nainen pelastettiin sunnuntaina. Poliisi kertoi löytäneensä nykyisin 28-vuotiaan naisen kallion halkeamasta viidakosta läheltä Bajuganin kylää. Naista oli pidetty viidakossa 15 vuotta, eli siitä lähtien, kun hän katosi vuonna 2003.

Läheiset etsivät naista useita vuosia, mutta lopulta hänet julistettiin kadonneeksi.

Uskotteli olevansa tytön poikaystävä

Poliisi kertoo 83-vuotiaan miehen näyttäneen tytölle kuvaa pojasta, jonka nimeksi hän kertoi Amrinin. Tyttö luuli kuvan pojan olevan hänen poikaystävänsä.

– Hänelle uskoteltiin, että Amrinin sielu on vanhemman miehen ruumiissa. On ilmiselvää, että mies nautti hänen intohimostaan, kertoo poliisipäällikkö Muhammad Iqbal.

Indonesia on valtaosin muslimimaa, mutta jotkut uskovat yhä henkiin ja yliluonnollisiin asioihin.

Rikolliset murskaavat narkomaanien ja alkoholistien raajoja Sisiliassa - huijanneet vakuutuskorvauksia jo satojen tuhansien eurojen edestä (9.8.2018)

Uhrit saavat muutaman sata euroa, kun rikolliset pitävät itsellään vakuutusyhtiöiden maksamat satojen tuhansien euron korvaukset.

Sisilialaisrikolliset pudottavat 25 kilon painoisia rautapainoja huumeriippuvaisten, alkoholistien tai muiden heikossa asemassa olevien ihmisten raajoille huijatakseen vakuutusyhtiöt maksamaan korvaukset "auto-onnettomuudessa" tulleista vammoista, kirjoittaa Guardian-lehti.

Poliisin mukaan rikolliset ovat onnistuneet huijaamaan vakuutusyhtiöiltä satoja tuhansia euroja korvauksia. Tähän mennessä poliisi on pidättänyt jo 11 juttuun sekaantunutta henkilöä.

Epäiltyjen joukossa on muun muassa Palermossa eräässä sairaalassa työskentelevä sairaanhoitaja, jonka poliisi epäilee antaneen uhreille mietoja nukutusaineita kivun lievittämiseen.

Syyttäjien mukaan painot (samanlaisia kuin kuntosaleilla käytettävät) pudotetaan esimerkiksi uhrin liikkumattomaksi tehdyn käden tai jalan päälle. Välillä rikolliset ovat käyttäneet jäätä puuduttaakseen murskattavan raajan kivun vähentämiseksi.

Migrant Crisis: Over Half of Criminal Suspects in Vienna Are Foreigners, Rape and Murder Up

Despite an average decline in crime across Austria, foreigners now make up nearly half of the suspects in criminal cases, and more than half of suspects in the capital city of Vienna.

In the first six months of 2018, overall crime has declined by ten percent under the conservative-populist coalition government of the Austrian People's Party and the Freedom Party.

What has become alarming to some is that foreigners now make up 40 percent of all criminal suspects in Austria, with the city of Vienna having the most foreign suspects at some 51.4 percent, reports Kronen Zeitung.

The number of reported murder cases has also risen from 33 last year to 34 during the same period in 2018.

Another crime that has gone up significantly has been the number of reported rapes. In the first six months of 2017, 261 rape cases were reported, compared to 374 this year — an increase of 43.3 percent.

Police say they are undecided whether or not the increase is largely due to more women coming forward or the signs of a worrying trend.

Earlier this year, the Interior Ministry headed by Freedom Party interior minister Herbert Kickl released figures showing a rise in the number of sexual assault and rape cases in 2017.

Up to 7,500 euros per patient

A criminal doctor collects about 1,500 to 7,500 euros per patient in these cases, as insiders say. The illegal early retirement pension amounts to around 1,000 euros. The DRV Westfalen has withdrawn many of the unlawful earning reduction pension after the cases revealed. "A future damage in the amount of 29 million euros could thus be avoided," said the DRV Westphalia mit.Here only part of all suspected cases is completed.

At least four people were killed in a shooting Friday in Fredericton, Canada, police said.

The Fredericton Police Department tweeted Friday morning to caution residents to avoid Brookside Drive due to an "ongoing incident." Later, police confirmed four people had been killed in the incident. It was not immediately clear what caused the shooting.

Police asked residents to stay in their homes and lock their doors. First responders were on the scene.
