Ovathan nämä kuljeksijat jo Suomessakin tappaneet yhden ihmisen ryöstöjen ja muiden rikastusten lisäksi. Siitä ei tosin ole virallista tietoa, olivatko nämä Otanmäen murhamiehet saaneet kielteisen turvapaikkapäätöksen ennen veritekoa.

'Hmm,' was the first reaction from the female police officer on the line. 'Where exactly is this rape happening?' she added.

Finally, nearly 30 minutes later, officers arrived and the victim was taken to hospital.

Frank Piontek, spokesman for the Bonn Police, conceded that the 'incoming official in the control centre, after our findings, did not initially correctly categorize the circumstances of the first call and reacted inappropriately in her language.'

The second call was also not handled properly, he added, saying a major review of procedures is underway following the attack in April.

Raiskauksen uhrin poikaystävä soitti hätäkeskukseen, jossa ei otettu ilmoitusta todesta. Toisen puhelun jälkeen poliisilla kesti 30min tulla paikalle ja uhri vietiin sairaalaan. Hätäkeskuksen toimintaa tutkitaan ja Bonnin poliisin puhemies on pahoillaan, ettei ensimmäistä puhelua kategorisoitu oikein eikä puhelun vastaanottanut henkilö käyttänyt soveliasta kieltä. Myöskään toista hätäpuhelua ei hoidettu kunnolla.



Täällä ruudun takana epäillään, että hätäkeskuspäivystäjä ei halunnut uskoa tapausta ja varmaan pitäisi aiempiakin toimia hieman nuuhkia.

Asylum seeker accused of raping a German woman in front of her boyfriend in terrifying knife-point attack calls her a 'prostitute' in furious courtroom outburst

A Ghanaian asylum seeker accused of raping a German woman while forcing her boyfriend to watch called his victim 'a prostitute' in court.

The man - only identified as Eric X - is accused of raping a 23-year-old woman after spotting the couple camping in a nature reserve near Bonn, west Germany in April.

Appearing in a Bonn district court today, Eric X, 32, defied his lawyers' advice to stay silent and after insulting his alleged victim, he added that anyone who believed her were 'filthy'.

The attack took place on April 2, shortly after midnight. The couple were already asleep when Eric X allegedly cut through the tarpaulin, threatened them with a tree saw and ordered them to hand over their valuables - six euros (£5.35) and a music box.

After robbing them he is said to have dragged the 23-year-old woman outside, where he raped her and forced her boyfriend, 26, to watch.

German media have reported that the boyfriend's call to police was initially considered a joke.

The suspect was arrested soon after in nearby Siegburg after a man recognised him from a composite picture of the sex attacker.

Today, Eric X.'s lawyers ordered the accused to remain silent, but according to local media his responded by shouting in court: 'Why should I remain silent, about a case where I don't know anything about?'

Eric X. said: 'If the girl claims she has been raped, she must be a prostitute.

'All who help her in the lie are filthy people.'

Lawyer Gudrun Roth, who represents the 23-year-old student, said that it is 'always a slap in the face, if someone who has experienced such a thing is mocked even further.'

Both of the victims, from Stuttgart, south-west Germany are currently undergoing psychological care as according to local media they are still heavily traumatised.

Following his arrest it emerged that the man had been served notice by the German authorities ten days before the attack, informing him he would face deportation to Italy as his asylum application had been rejected.

He arrived in Italy in January and his asylum application was immediately rejected but by then he had made the journey to Kassel in Germany.

The suspect lived for a time in asylum seeker housing accommodation in the town of Sankt Augustin, near Bonn.

But local media have questioned why he was not immediately deported.

Vanessa Nolte, of the Cologne district authorities, said: 'On 23 March he received the order, on 24th March he appealed it.'

Bonn police spokesman Robert Scholten said: 'As well as from the rape, we found a lot of DNA samples at the crime scene, which are clearly from the arrested man.'

The trial is expected to last eight days.

Italiasta voi siirtyä pian takaisin Saksaan tai sitten vaikka Suomeen, valinta on vapaa. Luulevatko he, ettei tämä heppu palaa enää takaisin Saksaan? Ihan oikeasti?!

Schengen-helvetti takaa sen että rikollisten pääsy maahan on esteetöntä karkotustuomioista huolimatta. Ajatus että paikallinen poliisi kykenee hoitamaan rajavartiolaitoksen työn ja rajavalvonnan on mielipuolinen.

Eu kestää sanoo Tiilikainen, raiskatun vaginalla tai anaalilla ole mitään väliä...meistä asia voi olla vaikea ymmärtää. Saksassa mielipuolikanslerin johdolla perversioiden ja seksuaaliväkivallan maahantuonti on kuitenkin tehty normaaliksi vihervasemmistolaiseksi suvaitsevaisuuspolitiikaksi. Eu:ssa eurooppalaisen ihmishengellä ei ole mitään arvoa, seksuaalisella itsemääräämisoikeudella vielä vähemmän.

'Highly dangerous' asylum seeker is jailed for 11 and a half years for raping a woman in front of her boyfriend during camping trip in Germany

A court in Germany has sentenced a Ghanaian refugee to nearly 12 years in jail for the campsite rape of a young woman in front of her boyfriend.

Eric X, 31, - branded highly dangerous by a psychiatric expert - was handed the 11 year and six month jail term at Bonn State Court.

He denied to the end being responsible despite the testimony from an expert saying the chance of someone else's DNA being on the victim was a 30 billion to one chance.

And X insulted his victim by saying: 'If the court says the DNA fits, then I have to call the girl a prostitute. Anyone who supports this girl who claims to have been raped is the dirtiest person on earth.'

X struck in April this year at a campsite near the city on the Rhine, dragging the 23-year-old woman from the tent she was sharing with her boyfriend.

A major scandal ensued when it emerged police refused to take seriously a 999 call from her partner saying his girlfriend was being raped yards from him.

'You are not f***ing with me I hope?' said the officer who took the call.

The terrified young man had been threatened with a machete when the Ghanaian refugee entered the tent and told him to remain where he was.

The attacker dragged the girl a few yards into a meadow at the Siegaue Nature Reserve and raped her.

But the boyfriend had a hard time getting police to take him seriously.

'Hmm,' was the first reaction from the female police officer on the line. 'Where exactly is this rape happening?' she added.

The boyfriend was forced to watch as the attacker violated his lover - and the police never arrived.

The boyfriend, 26, eventually gathered her up and began walking with her along a main road looking for help.

He called police a second time - and again they were disbelieving. Finally, nearly 30 minutes later, officers arrived and the victim was taken to hospital.

A photofit picture of the attacker led to his arrest and DNA testing confirmed his guilt. A CD player he stole from the tent was found at his refugee centre.

He tried to flee when police moved in to arrest him, flinging a rucksack at one officer.

It turned out that the backpack was stolen from a barbecue party shortly before the rape occurred.

The rape was one of the most high-profile sex attacks laid at the door of refugees since the migrant crisis began, prompting hundreds of tips from the public.

Just days before the attack, X had been told he was set to be deported to Italy, where he had originally entered the Schengen zone.

He arrived in Italy in January and his asylum application was immediately rejected but by then he had made the journey to Kassel in Germany.

Eric X, 31, was handed the 11 year and six month jail term last October following the brutal attack on the 23-year-old woman at a campsite near Bonn, west Germany.
Last week, he set fire to the bedding in his maximum security jail cell and suffered third degree burns on 30 per cent of his body. 

He is being kept in an artificial coma at Cologne Merheim Hospital and will need intensive skin grafts over much of his body.
German media reported that the injuries are most severe on his face and stomach.

It was also reported that he has been a 'jailhouse terror' since he was sentenced, threatening jail staff and other inmates on an almost daily basis since he was incarcerated, once hitting as warder in the face.
On the day of the fire last Tuesday he was due to be informed by the local prosecutor in Cologne of an extension to his sentence for the assault.

Aika Maximum security, jos saanut vietyä tulentekovälineet selliinsä. Myös sellainen skenaario tuli mieleen, että sankari on lopulta saatu paikattua kasaan(jos siis selviää, hopes not), niin joku kanssalusija tarjoaa teroitettua hammasharjaa kaulavaltimoon palkinnoksi ystävällisestä käytöksestä. There were eleven and a half years in the first process. The guilty verdict became final, but his guilt and a mitigation of sentences had to be checked according to BGH. Therefore, renegotiated.

Defender Martin Mörsdorf on the new decision of the Federal Court of Justice: "I can understand that the Federal Court of Justice has considered the sentence to be appropriate and necessary."

Jep, jos Eric olisi pidetty alunperin lukkojen takana ja viipymättä karkotettu, hän ei olisi nyt polttanut itseään sellissään. Hänen omankin etunsa mukaista olisi siis ollut että karkotus toimeenpannaan nopeasti. Eikä ole eka tapaus, Norjassakin oli se joku bussipuukottaja joka kuoli pakoyrityksen aikana saamiinsa vammoihin, hänetkin olisi kannattanut heti karkottaa niin kaikille ikävää tapahtumaketjua ei olisi päässyt tapahtumaan.
