Ikävä todeta, että Ruotsi tietää tämän vallan hyvin. Ei olisi uskonut heistä... tai kun tarkemmin ajattelin, niin taas jouduimme vastaamaan heidän puolestaan väkivaltahommista.

Minä olisin uskonut Ruåtsista - tuosta totalitaarisesta paskavaltiosta - tämän jo kauan sitten. He dumppaavat nimen omaan irakilaiset ja somalit tänne - tietoisina palautussopimusten puuttumisesta. En ymmärrä, miksi Ruåtsille ei ole jo lähetetty virallista noottia, johon vastausta odotellessa kutsutaan suurlähettiläs kotiin.

Tästä päivästä eteenpäin kannatan Itä-Euroopan Unionia, joka solmii läheiset suhteet Tanskaan, mutta haistattaa nimen omaan Ruåtsille pitkän paskan. Entisenlainen pohjoismainen yhteistyö on nyt kuopattu.

Italy and France play down migrant drama

Italy's Prime Minister Matteo Renzi and French President Francois Hollande played down tensions on Sunday over a migrant crisis which has seen hundreds of asylum seekers blocked at the border between the two countries.

"I don't think there are tensions between us... sometimes ministers can let themselves go with statements, it's like engaged couples who have been together a long time," Prime Minister Renzi quipped during a joint press conference in Milan.

The leaders were meeting ahead of a European summit on June 25th and 26th which is expected to focus on the relocation and resettlement of asylum seekers and return policies for would-be economic migrants.

Italy, which has seen almost 60,000 migrants arrive this year, has been struggling to accommodate asylum seekers, and the tightening of controls at the French border has left many sleeping rough in the country's main train stations.

Another 740 boat migrants were brought to safety in Calabria in southern Italy on Sunday.

Renzi sounded a firm "no to hysteria", saying the numbers so far were comparable to last year, but also called for greater European cooperation, saying "no also to selfishness".

The situation at the frontier town of Ventimiglia, where French police have been stopping migrants from crossing into France, has sparked not only protests but also a heated exchange between the countries' interior ministers.

"The problem is not just in Ventimiglia... it's Europe's problem," Renzi said.

Hollande stressed the border had not been closed, but strict controls were being carried out on immigrants hoping to pass into Europe via France after washing up on Italy's shores on rickety boats from Libya.

"We are applying the rules," he said in reference to the Dublin agreement which obliges migrants to apply for asylum in the European country in which they first set foot.

Many migrants hope to avoid doing so as they don't want to stay in recession-hit Italy but hope to reach countries further north with better job prospects.

Hollande agreed that Rome cannot "bear the burden for the others," indicating that France was ready to help with registering migrants as part of a EU plan to provide shelter to those in need and quickly repatriate economic migrants.

France's top administrative court has ruled that border controls on migrants at the Italian frontier were legal and did not violate the Schengen agreement that created Europe's passport-free zone.

The court dismissed a complaint by three organisations in support of scores of migrants stranded at the border between France and Italy since mid-June.

The migrants -- most of them Africans -- have become a source of tension between France and Italy and their plight has illustrated the immigration crisis facing Europe as it struggles to agree on how to divvy up its responsibility for those flocking to its shores.

"The suppression of systematic interior border controls in the Schengen area does not prevent French authorities from carrying out identity controls," the State Council said in a statement.

The administrative court added that such controls did not "exceed the legal framework, be it by their magnitude, frequency or implementation.

"These controls are thus not equivalent to the implementation of a permanent and systematic control at the French-Italian border," read the statement.

Between 150 and 200 migrants are camped out on seaside rocks and under a railway bridge near the Italian border post of Ventimiglia, where French police have been stopping migrants from crossing into France.

French President Francois Hollande said earlier this month that the border had not been closed, but strict controls were being carried out on immigrants hoping to pass into Europe via France after washing up on Italy's shores on rickety boats from Libya.

"We are applying the rules," he said in reference to the Dublin agreement which obliges migrants to apply for asylum in the European country in which they first set foot.

Many migrants hope to avoid doing so as they do not want to stay in recession-hit Italy but hope to reach countries further north with better job prospects.

48 asylum seekers intercepted at border

A group of 48 Syrian asylum seekers were intercepted on a train from Italy into Tyrol on Tuesday, according to police.

The group, which included ten children, was taken to a Red Cross care center in Plon, police said on Wednesday morning. They are expected to be deported to Italy on the same day.

Under EU rules -- the so-called Dublin III regulation - refugees must seek asylum within the EU country which they first entered.

In related news, the chairman of the Austrian Governor's Conference, Carinthia's social democrat governor Peter Kaiser (SPÖ), announced on Tuesday that Austria's provinces will work to create places for up to 425 new asylum seekers in their respective states.

"The states are underscoring how seriously they take their responsibilities towards the need for help and protection of asylum seekers," said Kaiser.
On Monday, the interior ministers of Germany and France asked Italy to respect the Dublin III regulation, stressing that many migrants are landing in Italy but "headed to northern European countries".

According to Austrian police, Syrians and other refugees are returned via the Brenner Pass to Italy on a weekly basis.

In July, 21 people were stopped while trying to cross into Austria, while in mid-June French authorities escorted five people off a bus at the Chamonix end of the Mont Blanc tunnel and sent them back to Italy.

A large group of refugees has been intercepted travelling on a train into Austria from Italy.

Thirty-four people were identified as refugees, 16 of them from Syria, police from Gries am Brenner told the Austrian Press Agency.

Of the Syrians, eight were children, including a one-year-old baby. The remainder were mainly from African countries, including Eritrea and Gambia.

They were taken off the train at Innsbruck's main station on Thursday evening and will be sent back to Italy on Friday.

Last weekend 44 refugees, mostly from Syria and Eritrea, were found on the same train route - travelling from Germany.

According to the so-called Dublin II Regulation governing the treatment of refugees, potential asylum seekers must be sent back to the first EU country in which they arrived. 

Italy has experienced a record influx of refugees for many months, and has complained that it has repeatedly been let down by its European neighbours, and left to deal with the problem alone.

Nearly a hundred Syrian refugees found on train

Close to a hundred refugees, most of whom appear to come from Syria, were intercepted on a train traveling into Austria from Italy and heading to Germany on Saturday night.

The train was inspected in Tyrol, and was found to contain 44 men, 22 women and 28 children with Syrian origin.

They were offloaded from the train, and taken to the police headquarters in Innsbruck for initial questioning before being offered housing and assessment by the Red Cross.

According to the so-called Dublin II Regulation governing the treatment of refugees, potential asylum seekers must be sent back to the first EU country in which they arrived, which in this case is Italy. 

The Italian government is obliged to handle any requests for asylum, as that is the country where they presumably first arrived in the European Union.

State police informed journalists that this is one of the largest seizures of refugees found in the Tyrol for many years.

Italy has experienced a record influx of refugees for many months, and has complained that it has repeatedly been let down by its European neighbours, and left to deal with the problem alone.

Austria announced at the end of June at an international conference in Geneva that it would take care of resettling 1500 refugees in the country.

The number of asylum applications from Syrian refugees in Austria shot up between January and April 2014. According to the asylum statistics of the interior ministry, published in May, there were 1269 Syrian applications in the first third of this year. This was a 213 percent increase compared to the same time last year.

Last year, 1686 Syrians applied for asylum in Austria of their own accord. Of these, 667 were given asylum, 157 were denied. The government said that it would not send people back to Syria because of the war, but also did not grant all of them refugee status.

Van with 21 migrants stopped at Italian border

Italian border police prevented a van from crossing the border from Austria after suspicions were raised that it was trafficking in migrants.

Alert police at the Italian-Austrian border crossing at Tarvisio noticed something unusual about a van that was attempting to cross the border into Italy, accompanied by a car. 

Inside the back of the delivery van were people from Eritrea, Somalia, Syria and Ethiopia.  The van contained a total of 21 people in crowded and inhumane conditions.

Because the presumed migrants were crossing from Austria, they were deported back for processing by the Austrian authorities, who will assess their claims for asylum, if they choose to make them.

Four Hungarians, including a 41-year-old father and his 21-year-old son, were arrested and transferred to a detention center in Udine, according to Friuli media.

Both of the vehicles have been confiscated.  Italian police have tightened their border controls in recent times to combat smuggling.

Germany reinstates Austrian border checks

The German government has effectively suspended the Schengen agreement by reinstating controls at its borders with Austria, with the first passport checks already taking place on Sunday night.

The Bild newspaper reports that the German interior minister made a statement on Sunday, explaining that a temporary introduction of border controls is necessary to stem the massive influx of refugees trying to cross from Austria.

A similar move to suspend unrestricted movement was also announced by the Czech Republic on Sunday evening.

German officers began carrying out the first passport checks at the country's border with Austria, after Berlin's shock decision to reintroduce such controls to halt a surge in refugee numbers, an AFP journalist witnessed Sunday.

Three Syrian migrants were stopped at the Freilassing crossing and told to remain on the side of the road in the Bavarian commune close to Austria's Salzburg, after German officers looked at their papers.

"We want to go to Germany," one of the three told AFP.

The border crossing at the Bavarian commune is a key road crossing for travellers between the Salzburg region and the southern German region of Bavaria.

Four officers wearing fluorescent yellow vests were seen on duty and checking drivers' identity cards.

German federal police had said hundreds of officers were being deployed to carry out the newly reintroduced border controls.

Additionally, Austrian railways said that they have suspended all trains to Germany at the request of the German railway company.  The suspension is expected to last for 12 hours.

The move came in the wake of calls for help from federal police in the German state of Bavaria, which represents one of the first German transit points for the arrival of refugees from Syria and other countries.

Gradual return

German Interior Minister Thomas de Maiziere made a statement on the refugee situation late on Sunday afternoon.  The decision was made in a telephone conversation between German Chancellor Angela Merkel and her Austrian counterpart Werner Faymann, when the two leaders spoke about a "gradual return" to regular border controls, Austrian news agency APA reported, quoting a spokeswoman at Faymann's office.

The change would be carried out in a manner to avoid any "chaotic situation" at the border, she added.

According to Austrian police, more than 6,000 refugees entered Austria since midnight, with numbers for the day expected to exceed 10,000.   Most of the refugees plan to move on to Germany or Sweden, according to police reports.

Destination of choice

Passport checks had been abolished for countries within Europe's Schengen zone, but the decision to bring back controls was announced by de Maiziere at a press conference on Sunday evening, several German media reports said.

Germany has become the destination of choice for migrants, particularly Syrians, after Chancellor Angela Merkel relaxed asylum rules for citizens of the war-torn country.

But with 450,000 migrants arriving since the beginning of the year, infrastructure in Germany is being stretched to the limit.

By reinstating controls, Berlin is seeking to buy time to cope with the influx, according to news magazine the Spiegel.

Transport Minister Alexander Dobrindt had issued a statement earlier Sunday saying that "effective measures are necessary now to stop the influx".

"That includes help for countries from where refugees are fleeing and also includes an effective control of our own borders which also no longer works given the EU's complete failure to protect its external borders," he said.

'Germany has reached its limit'

The minister on Sunday said that Germany has 'reached its limit,' as he called for measures to halt a record migrant influx that has seen the infrastructure of the southern city of Munich buckling.

Dobrindt, who is a member of the Chancellor Angela Merkel's conservative Bavarian allies CSU, warned that the country "has reached its limit of capacity", a day after 12,200 more refugees reached Munich -- a key arrival point.

Police warned on Sunday that Munich is at the limit of its capacity to welcome refugees arriving en masse.

"We had a total of 12,200 refugees on Saturday... today we're expecting several hundreds. Given the numbers from yesterday, it is very clear that we have reached the upper limit of our capacity," said a police spokesman.

"Our aim today would be to transport as many as possible out of here, to make place for new arrivals," he said.

'Humanitarian disaster'

Munich has become a key arrivals point for refugees travelling to Germany by train through Hungary and Austria.

Last weekend, about 20,000 migrants arrived at the city's main railway station.

The president of the Upper Bavaria region, Christoph Hillenbrand said he did not know "how we can cope", according to the Bild am Sonntag tabloid which headlined its article "Munich at the brink of collapse".

Bavarian public television BR said the city "came very close to a humanitarian disaster", although authorities managed to limit the numbers of people sleeping on mattresses on the floor to just a few dozens, rather than the hundreds as earlier feared.

'Catastrophic consequences'

Authorities are mulling whether to open up the Olympiahalle -- a stadium used for the 1972 Olympics and which today serves as a concert hall or sports arena -- as a temporary shelter for the refugees.

As Germany buckles under the strain of the record refugee influx expected to reach 800,000 this year, dissenting voices from the CSU have grown louder.

Dobrindt's statement came just days after CSU vice president Hans-Peter Friedrich called Merkel's decision "an unprecedented political error" that would have "catastrophic consequences".

Border Czechs

The Czech Republic said Sunday it will boost controls on its border with Austria over the refugee crisis, following a similar move by Germany.

"The Czech Republic is boosting measures on its border with Austria. Further steps will be determined according to the number of refugees heading to the Czech Republic," Interior Minister Milan Chovanec told public Czech Television.

Czech Prime Minister Bohuslav Sobotka said in a statement that Germany's decision "could be expected... as a reaction to tensions inside the Schengen area caused by the migrant crisis."

"The EU was not able to thoroughly observe its own rules when handling the migrant crisis and efficiently protect the outer border of the Schengen area," said Sobotka.

"So now it is necessary to take operational steps to boost the security of individual countries and contain the inflow of refugees."

'Quota system won't work'

He said the EU should better regulate the inflow of migrants on its outer borders and "ensure dignified conditions for asylum seekers and distinguish war refugees from economic migrants".

The Czech Republic has been a transit country for migrants travelling to wealthier EU states like neighbouring Germany and registers only dozens of asylum requests within the current refugee wave.

Like other ex-Communist EU members in central Europe including Hungary, Poland and Slovakia, the Czech Republic has vehemently opposed refugee redistribution under a compulsory quota system drawn up by the European Commission and pushed by EU powerhouse Germany.

Sobotka said earlier on Sunday the quota system "won't work" as migrants will want to continue to Germany or Sweden instead of staying in the poorer central European countries.

Austria deploys army to help with refugee crisis

Around 2,200 members of the Austrian military are to be deployed to help with the influx of thousands of refugees - including to carry out border checks - the government said on Monday.

"The police and the Austrian interior ministry need support, they need support from the Austrian army," Chancellor Werner Faymann said in Vienna a day after Germany reintroduced border controls for migrants, leaving thousands of people effectively stranded in Austria.

"The main focus of the support will be in domestic humanitarian help, but it will also assist in a strengthening of border controls where necessary," Faymann told reporters.

Faymann said that the decisions are "a clear signal (to the international community) that Austria and Germany cannot solve the world's asylum question alone."

Border crossing closed

Meanwhile, the Austrian-Hungarian border crossing at Nickelsdorf on the A4 motorway has been temporarily closed, as Austrian police expect a large influx of refugees from Hungary and have said the situation could escalate to an emergency.

More than 16,000 people have crossed the border from Hungary since Saturday afternoon. Police spokesman Gerald Koller said that up to 10,000 refugees are expected to arrive in Heiligenkreuz in Burgenland on Monday, and that they do not have the resources to cope with such a large number.

Police have set up metal barriers to contain the refugees, who are arriving on buses every hour. Around 7,500 refugees are in Nickelsdorf, waiting to travel on to Vienna.

More than 5,000 refugees spent Sunday night in Vienna, police spokesman Patrick Maierhofer said. Around 1,100 refugees were reported to be at Westbahnhof station on Monday morning. During the last 24 hours 131 people have filed asylum applications in Vienna.

Röszke 'being closed'

There are unconfirmed reports that Hungary is about to close a refugee camp at Röszke, where up to 80,000 people are currently being held. The camp is 386 km from Austria and there are fears that the refugees will set off on foot for Austria.

People wishing to travel from Austria to Hungary on Monday are advised to use the border crossing on the A6 motorway, by way of Kittsee or Deutschkreutz.

Train services between Austria and Germany resumed on Monday morning, after being suspended for 12 hours on Sunday.

In recent weeks, tens of thousands of migrants have travelled up the western Balkans from Greece into Hungary and then Austria, all but a handful continuing to Germany -- which has relaxed asylum rules for Syrians -- and also Sweden.

Tietysti voidaan spekuloida sillä, että kun pitkällä tähtäimellä Suomesta on tarkoitus myydä kaikki (pohjavesiä myöten) ylikansallisille firmoille, niin tuosta invaasiosta voisi tulla näille korporaatioille halpaa orjatyövoimaa. Toisaalta irakilaisista ja somalialaisista ei käsittääkseni saa potentiaalista työvoimaa oikein mitenkään, eli siinä suhteessa on vaikea täysin ymmärtää tätä koko kuvioita. Harmi, kun tässä maassa ei ole Vahteran lisäksi mitään tutkivaa journalismia. Olisi mielenkiintoista paneutua tuohon ketjuun vähän syvemmin. Joka tapauksessa kaikenlainen spekulointi "naiiviudesta" on turhaa. Ei Suomi katsoisi päivääkään Ruotsin touhua, jos tässä oikeasti ajateltaisiin isänmaan etua. Tässä putsataan nyt Suomesta viimeisetkin saatavissa olevat rahat omien intressiryhmien taskuihin. Ja väittäisin myös, että täytetään PKS:n myymättä jääneet uudiskohteet "sopivalla" materiaalilla. Se, kuka sen laskun aikanaan maksaa, ei ole nyt päällimmäisenä. Kyse voisi olla vain tuon karmean asuntopommin välttämisestä nimenomaan lyhyellä tähtäimellä.

Perussuomalaiset katsovat tätä vierestä todennäköisesti sen takia, että suurin osa heidän edustajistaan ei tajua tästä kuviosta (tai talousasioista ylipäätään) yhtään mitään. En usko heidän olevan saamapuolella juurikaan, eli siinäkin suhteessa on idioottimaista, että he antavat tämän katastrofin tapahtua.

Olen miettinyt tuota Saksan mallia eli tiettyä halpatyöyhteiskuntaa, jossa on purettu niin paljon tukia, että on otettava huonoakin työtä vastaan. On spekuloitu, että tämä olisi se EK:n tavoite, jota sitten tukisi se, että olisi jatkuva ylitarjonta halpatyövoimasta. Saksalla kuitenkin tuo vientisektori on paljon voimakkaampi kuin Suomessa ja toisaalta meidän nykyinen tukirakenteemme on hyvin passivoiva. Eli tavallaan maahanmuuttajat tulevat väärässä järjestyksessä tänne, mutta ehkä sitten ajatellaan, että tulijoiden lukumäärä itsessään pakottaa näihin muutoksiin.

En osaa tuota pitää hyvänä vaihtoehtona, koska emme varmasti tule pääsemään Saksan tasolle ja olemme pohjoismaisena yhteiskuntana rakenteiltamme niin paljon erilainen, ettei tämä välttämättä tule toimimaan kuin junan vessa, mutta pakko tässä on olla jotain strategista ajattelua taustalla. Kuitenkin Kokoomus ja EK ovat tämän yhteiskunnan ideologisesti johtavat voimat (Sipilä olisi varmasti enemmän kotonaan Kokoomuksessa kuin Keskustassa).

Joka tapauksessa elämme kiinnostavia aikoja - suomalainen yhteiskunta tulee todella huomattavasti muuttumaan tämän hallituskauden aikana.

Eli baibai hyvinvoitivaltio sellaisena, kuin olemme oppineet sen tuntemaan.

Ja tämän jälkeen meillä on viimein rajat kiinni ja 50-100k haittamuslimia lisää elätettävänä maailman tappiin.

Jos näin käy, takaan että Perussuomalaiset saavat munattomuudestaan erittäin haisevan vastalauseen henkilökohtaisesti toimitettuna.

Pelkään että tämä tapahtuu vasta siinä vaiheessa kun tulijoita on jo maassa niin paljon että koko turvapaikkakäsittelyjärjestelmä romahtaa - ja siinä vaiheessa pelkään että ratkaisu on "no, kaikki saavat jäädä"

Kummallista kyllä, toisin kuin muutama vuosi sitten paljon kesymmän arabikevään yhteydessä, maahanmuuttokomissaari ei ole vielä esittänyt keinovalikoimaansa kuuluvan ns. tilapäisen suojelun direktiivin aktivointia.

Direktiivi takaa pakolaisille "tilapäistä suojelua" sellaisissa tapauksissa, joissa massapakolaisuus jyrää normaalin vastaanottojärjestelmän toimimattomaksi (esim. ex-Jugoslavia). Silloin massoille voidaan jakaa "tilapäistä suojelua", johon sisältyy muun muassa:
- oleskelulupa 1-3 vuoden ajaksi
- työlupa
- majoitus, toimeentulotuki
- terveydenhoito
- alaikäisten koulunkäynti
- tietyissä tapauksissa perheenyhdistäminen
- mahdollisuus hakea turvapaikkaa normaalissa menettelyssä

Lisäksi direktiivi edellyttää jäsenmaiden neuvottelevan tilapäistä suojelua saavien uudelleensijoituksesta taakanjaon nimissä. Eli ei mikään ihme, että Thors haluaa tällaista. Kelpaisi varmasti myös kymmenille miljoonille ihmisille Välimeren toisella puolella.

Ei ole epäilystäkään, etteivätkö tilapäisen suojelun direktiivin aktivoimiskriteerit olisi jo täyttyneet, mutta direktiivin käyttöönotto olisi Euroopalle se lopullinen niitti.

Ja tämän jälkeen meillä on viimein rajat kiinni ja 50-100k haittamuslimia lisää elätettävänä maailman tappiin.

Luultavasti saat lisätä noihin lukuihin vielä nollat perään. 

Nykyinen vastaanottojärjestelmä natisee jo 5000 äijän kohdalla (puhuttu 2v käsittelyajoista), jos näitä tulee seuraavan kuukauden-parin sisään 45000 lisää, systeemi ihan taatusti hajoaa siinä vaiheessa vaikka joka hiton pitäjässä olisi VOK, VOKin hätämajoitusyksikkö ja pari telttakylää. Ja käsittelyaika ilmeisesti sitten ~10v?. En jaksa uskoa että päästäisivät tuosta tilanteesta enää yli 100 000 ennen kuin välttämättömät toimet on saatu toteutukseen asti.

Toimet pitäisi tietenkin tehdä siinä vaiheessa kun nykyinen käsittelyjärjestelmä vielä jotenkin voi tulijamäärästä selvitä ettei tultaisi pisteeseen "kaikki hajos, ei mahdu enempää".

Hartaasti toivon että SUPO ja Maahanmuuttovirasto olisi edes sen verran kartalla että ymmärtäisi keski-euroopassa vellovan ihmismäärän ja kykenisi selvittämään paljonko siitä on matkalla tänne päin ja kykenisi tekemään tarvittavat peliliikkeet, mutta tietty jos Orpo-sektori tietoisesti suolaa ja käskee pitää ovia auki, ollaan ns. kusessa.

On se kyllä kummallista, että Unkarin viranomaiset kykenevät käsittelemään iPakolaisen hakemuksen tunneissa mutta meidän jakkukalkkunat vatuloivat samassa puuhassa kuukausia...

Orpo arvostelee EU:n itärajan maita, jotka ovat haluttomia jakamaan turvapaikanhakijoiden taakkaa. Hän korostaa Euroopan tarvitsevan yhteistyötä pakolaiskriisin hoidosta. Unkarin päätöstä laittaa raja kiinni piikkilanka-aidoilla hän ei ymmärrä lainkaan.

– Unkarin toimet eivät ole tästä maailmasta, tästä ajantilasta. Piikkilangat ja lapset eivät sovi yhteen, ihmettelee Orpo.

Aidat eivät ole muutenkaan sisäministerin mukaan toimiva ratkaisu pakolaisten määrän rajoittamiseen, sillä ihmiset etsivät joka tapauksessa jonkin reitin päästäkseen eteenpäin. Vain EU:n tasolla tehtävällä yhteisellä ratkaisulla löydetään kestävä ratkaisu.

– Minusta ihmisoikeussopimukset ovat pyhä asia. Niistä on kaikkien maiden pidettävä kiinni, korostaa Orpo.

Orpo arvostelee EU:n itärajan maita, jotka ovat haluttomia jakamaan turvapaikanhakijoiden taakkaa

Tyypillinen paremman^TM ihmisen ulostus. Petteripoika muistaa varmaankin, että Suomi on EU:n itärajan maa. Ei ole vain mennyt kaallin, että Suomessakin suuri osa kansalaisista jakanee Unkarin haluttomuuden, mutta kun suomalaiset on siunattu munattomalla ja aikaansaamattomalla hallituksella.

On se kyllä kummallista, että Unkarin viranomaiset kykenevät käsittelemään iPakolaisen hakemuksen tunneissa mutta meidän jakkukalkkunat vatuloivat samassa puuhassa kuukausia...

Ja sitten valitetaan, menee vuosia, sitten ei lähdetä kun ei huvita, ja kas, ilmainen elämä koko suvulle on kuin onkin plakkarissa.

Jos ollut Ruotsiin myönneetty oleskelulupa tai viisumi tai on oleskellut siellä yli viisi kuukautta (onhan näitä ehtoja), mutta muutoin, näytä minulle tuosta se pykälä, jonka nojalla Ruotsi olisi käsittelyvelvollinen sellaisen turvapaikanhakijan suhteen, joka on hakenut turvapaikkaa täällä tultuaan tänne Ruotsista,  mutta kyseinen hakija on varsin ilmeisesti tullut Ruotsiin halki Euroopan reittiä, joka jää tarkemmin tuntemattomaksi, niin että alla oleva EI olisi voimassa

Ei tarvitse enää arvailla, olen Maahanmuuttoviraston mukaan ollut väärässä.

Suomessa on ihmetelty, miksei turvapaikanhakijoita rekisteröidä Ruotsissa, vaan heidän annetaan jatkaa matkaansa Suomeen.

Maahanmuuttoviraston Dublin-tulosalueen johtaja Kukka Krügerin mukaan syy on yksinkertainen.

"Jos EU:n alueelle tullaan luvattomasti, pakolaisasetuksen mukaan ulkorajavaltioilla, kuten Unkarilla, Italialla ja Kreikalla, on velvollisuus rekisteröidä jokaisen rajan ylittäneen sormenjäljet Eurodac-järjestelmään", Krüger sanoo.

"Ruotsiin ei tulla EU:n ulkorajojen yli vaan Saksasta ja Tanskasta. Se ei tuo Ruotsille Eurodac-rekisteröintivelvoitetta."

Tämä tarkoittaa, että EU:n ulkorajalta (paitsi Unkarista) pääsee vapaasti viranomaisten häiritsemättä Suomeen, jos ei halua rekisteröityä turvapaikanhakijaksi jossain kauttakulkumaassa. Tämä taas tarkoittaa, että Suomeen tulevien määrälle ei voi arvioida enää mitään tiettyä ylärajaa, kiitos Suomen viime viikkoina hankkiman maineen.

Nyt on kyse enää logistiikasta, sillä Suomessa oleskelulupaan oikeutettuja on helposti kymmeniä miljoonia.
