A Florida man's courtroom antics didn't seem to deter a jury who later cleared him of burglary charges.

The trial for 33-year-old Dorleans Philidor was delayed on Friday morning after Philidor defecated on himself in the courtroom and proceeded to throw his feces towards Miami-Dade Miami-Dade Circuit Judge Lisa Walsh, the Miami Herald said.

The excrement did not reach Walsh, but the move sent lawyers scattering out of Philidor's reach as law enforcement members and corrections officers hurried in to stop the man from continuing with his actions. According to the Herald, Philidor told Walsh "It's protein! It's good for you!" as he threw the feces her way.

Witnesses on hand at the time said that Philidor also ate some of the excrement.

"It was intense. The corrections officers and police officers were swarming. Like 60 of them. They told everyone to leave and you couldn't go back in. It was a hazardous area," witness Allen Rios told the Herald.

Rios posted a short video of part of the encounter on his Instagram account.

Philidor's move came during the morning docket routine, when no jurors were present in the courtroom. However, the courtroom was evacuated so that the area could be cleaned and sanitized while proceedings continued in a different room.

Philidor's appearance on Friday was in connection to a burglary charge, where he is accused of breaking into a home in North Miami Beach while the owner was home. The homeowner called police after the break-in, and Philidor was captured afterward. He was acquitted by a jury later in the day on the burglary charge. However, he still faces charges of grand theft auto for which a separate trial will be held at a later date, the Herald said.
Philidor exhibited similar behavior to his courtroom actions on Thursday when he defecated on himself in his holding cell next to a courtroom, smearing the feces on himself over the walls of the cell. Afterward, he was escorted out of the cell and into the hallway, where the smell was noticeable.

Viktorija Sokolova: Boy who murdered schoolgirl named as Ayman Aziz

A teenage boy who brutally raped and murdered a schoolgirl in a park has been named following a court appeal.

Ayman Aziz, 17, was sentenced to life imprisonment in February after being found guilty of murdering 14-year-old Viktorija Sokolova in Wolverhampton.

She was lured to the city's West Park in April 2018 where Aziz attacked her.

His identity was previously protected because of his age, but restrictions were lifted by judges at the Court of Appeal following a press application.

Since his trial, Aziz has been diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia and his defence counsel, Adam Kane QC, argued allowing him to be named would have an adverse effect on the teenager's rehabilitation.

Mr Kane also said Aziz had been "bullied and threatened" in detention and, as a result, had stopped attending educational classes.

The Court of Appeal rejected Aziz's challenge to remain anonymous as well as another appeal against his minimum term of 19 years imprisonment.

Two 19-year-old Americans from San Francisco are in custody in Rome after allegedly stabbing a police officer to death over fake cocaine buy.

Two American teens from San Francisco said to be on a drug holiday in Rome are in custody for murder and attempted extortion in connection with the stabbing death of a 35-year-old police officer early Friday morning. The boys have been named by the Italian press as Lee Elder Finnegan, 19, and Gabriel Christian Natale Hjorth, 18.

Roman police said in a statement Saturday morning that they two were interrogated by Carabinieri under the direction of the local Rome prosecutor. "In the face of overwhelming evidence, they confessed to the charges."

Police say the boys bought what they thought to be cocaine from a drug dealer in the lively district of Trastevere in central Rome. But when they tried to snort the powder, they realized it was just ground aspirin. They were then caught on surveillance video returning to the square where they initially bought the fake cocaine. When they got there they stole the alleged pusher's bag. The pusher then called his cellphone, which was still inside the bag, and made a deal to return the money and one gram of real cocaine to the young men if they would give everything else back to him.

The pusher, who is reported to be a police informant and has not been named, called the cops and invited them to the rendezvous. Once there, officer Mario Cerciello Rega reportedly stepped in to question the American teens about the drug purchase. The Americans then allegedly punched and kicked Cerciello Rega before stabbing him eight times with a large knife around 2 am. Cerciello Rega, who had just returned to duty from his honeymoon days earlier, died a few hours later.

Three young boys were pushed onto the rails at the Nürnberg S-train station Frankenstadion end of January. Two of them were ran over by the oncoming train and killed.

German mainstream media spoke deceitfully of "Germans", in order to cloak a migration background. Furthermore drivel about "accident" and "tragedy" was put out there, and the three 16 year old's "fell" onto the rails.

The Nürnberg News respectfully called the first offender that was arrested a "young man".
The Süddeutsche newspaper suggested that a fight between the youths had just taken a "tragic end".

Three 16 year olds were "falling" on the rails and were "caught by the train and ran over and killed".
Even the Bavarian Rundfunk was of the opinion that the three Germans "fell" on the tracks:
"On Friday night, the two youths got into an argument with two other 17 year old youths at the Nürnberg S-train station Frankenstadion. All in all three 16 year old youths fell onto the train tracks during the argument."

The next morning, BR Online described the double murder as an "accident", by which "three men" after a fight "fell onto the train tracks".

The Franken television channel even titled the murderous events as a "S-Train Disaster". After a row the two victims "fell onto the train tracks" and were "killed by the nearing train".
But on Monday morning BILD uncovered the bone hard truth: the murderers, who pushed the three German boys onto the rails, were a Turk and a Greek who were merely born in Germany.

The two victims, Luca and Frederic came from Heroldsberg. On Friday night they were visiting the Nürnberg dance club "Nightlife" and around midnight they wanted to ride home on the train.

At the train station, after meeting a third friend, they got into an argument with the migrants. According to the police, the fight started due to a ridiculously inane reason, which led to a highly aggressive reaction by the two offenders.

Surveillance footage proves that it was pure intent to push the three onto the rails, since the train had already been approaching the station at roughly 80 km/h.

Since that train usually does not stop at that station, it ran over Luca and Frederic at full speed. The boys didn't stand a chance, and they were both killed instantly. Their friend could barely make it back out.

On Sunday morning, at the station in Voerde in North Rhine-Westphalia, 28-year-old Jackson B. pushed the 34-year-old victim Anja N., mother of a 13-year-old daughter, in front of a regional train. The woman was run over by the train and died on the spot.

The locomotive driver was unable to stop the train in time. Despite immediate rescue and care by the emergency doctor, the woman died.

Eyewitnesses detained the perpetrator until the police arrived.

In the meantime, the magistrate has issued an arrest warrant for murder at the request of the public prosecutor's office, as the murder characteristics of "malice" and "lust for murder" have been fulfilled.

Perpetrator and victim had no relation to each other. There was also no quarrel between the two before the crime.

The 34-year-old had only married in the summer of 2018.

Shortly after the crime, her husband wrote on Facebook "My wife was murdered today. She was pushed in front of a train by a stranger for no reason."

The perpetrator is already known to the police – and among the residents of Brünen, a small village with around 4,000 inhabitants, for outbreaks of violence.

"He often stands half-naked at the window, swears. It's even worse when he's in front of the house, then you don't dare go out with children", says one resident.

He is also said to have invaded the house of a retired couple last March and threatened the senior citizens. In addition, he indiscriminately attacked strangers in front of his house.

Muslim Kosovo-Albanians have thanks to Germany and others gotten their own state. Nevertheless, they continue to go to Germany to seek asylum. As a murderer in Germany, they are "Serbians" again.

Child rapists, violent burglars, drug dealers and murderers are now behind bars

The courts are always busy, but this week we have written about a total of 24 Londoners sentenced to jail.

The crimes they committed include fatal stabbings and shootings, but also a gang who held a knife to a baby's throat in a bid to steal jewellery and cash.

One of the men jailed was already serving time for the murder of his stepmother, when new evidence connected him with a rape on a teenage girl, who fell pregnant at the age of just 14.

Her rapist had been the boss of a convenience store she worked in after school. He had spiked her drink in order to rape her.

Here are the stories that emerged from court this week after the men responsible were jailed:

Remorseless thugs stabbed victim 18 times in street attack

Iki Mohammed Ali, Syed Fahad and Jonathan Mulangala carried out the violent murder of Abdulrahman Nassor Juma on May 17 last year.

On Monday (July 22), they were each handed life sentences for the murder of 23-year-old Abdulrahman, known to his friends as Mani.

Ali, of Maud Gardens, Barking, and Fahad, of Salisbury Avenue, Barking, were handed life sentences for Mani's murder following a hearing at the Old Bailey. They will serve a minimum of 23 years in prison.

Mulangala, of Stonebridge Road, Tottenham, was also jailed for Abdulrahman's murder. , and also sentenced for the attempted murder of another man in a separate incident on April 7 last year and possession of an offensive weapon.

Mulangala will serve 32 years for Abdulrahman's murder, as well as 18 years for attempted murder and eight months for possession of an offensive weapon, to be served concurrently.

Deplorable gang held baby at knifepoint

Four members of a gang were arrested making their getaway after a burglary in which they held a knife to a baby's throat .

The sickening gang consisted of Croydon cousins Malik Ragnatt, 22, and Joshua Juggan, 25, as well as Gregory Crockett, 24 and Daniel McKain, 29. They raided a home in Coventry and demanded cash.

One of them held a Stanley knife to a ten-month-old baby's throat and ordered the family to give them the code to open a safe while tying a 71-year-old grandmother to a chair.

Predator who killed stepmum raped and impregnated teenage girl

Mohammed Fethaullah, 58, was jailed for raping a 14-year-old on Friday, July 26, having previously been jailed murdering his stepmum, in 2003.

The rape happened before this, in 1999, but it only came to light in 2017 when the victim contacted police. She had been working after school at a grocers in Brixton , South London, that Fethaullah managed.

Fethaullah, of no fixed address, was convicted on May 23 following a trial at Inner London Crown Court. He has been jailed for 16 years.

Kahdeksanvuotiaan tapaus käynnisti Saksassa myös keskustelun rautatieasemien turvallisuudesta.

Kreikan Ikaríassa etsitään brittiläis-kyproslaista astrofyysikkoa Natalie Christopheria, 34, joka katosi maanantaina kesken aamulenkin. Asiasta kertoo Britannian ja Kyproksen media.
Christopherin ilmoitti kadonneeksi aviomies, joka odotti maanantaina pariskunnan hotellihuoneessa turhaan puolisoaan palaavaksi lenkiltä. Kun vaimoa ei kuulunut, mies soitti puolisonsa puhelimeen.

Vaimo ei vastannut, ja puolenpäivän jälkeen mies ilmoitti puolison kadonneeksi. Katoamisilmoituksen jälkeen poliisi, pelastajat ja vapaaehtoiset aloittivat etsinnät Ikariassa.

Naista on etsitty nyt yli kaksi päivää, mutta toistaiseksi läpimurtoa ei ole tapahtunut. Etsinnöissä on ollut mukana myös helikopteri. Kadonnutta naista etsitään myös vedestä.
Naisen puhelimessa on edelleen virtaa, joten sitä on pyritty paikantamaan. Paikannus saatiin tehtyä jo kerran, mutta se saattoi olla virheellinen.

Ikarian lisäksi etsintöjä on tehty myös Samoksen saarella.

Police in Galveston, Texas, have apologized after a controversial photo was posted on Facebook over the weekend showing two white police officers on horseback leading a black man away using a rope.

The man, identified as Donald Neely, 43, was arrested on charges of criminal trespassing. The arresting officers were identified by the Galveston Police Department as Officer P. Brosch and Officer A. Smith.

The image immediately caused an uproar in the community.

"You don't even do a dog like that," Sherri Kelly of Spring, Texas, told Houston ABC station KTRK. "I don't care. That's inhumane."

"Where were they walking him to and why did they rope him if he was handcuffed? I don't think it's right," added Galveston resident Cynthia Orise.

Galveston Police Chief Vernon L. Hale III released an apology on behalf of the police department Monday night on Facebook.

"First and foremost I must apologize to Mister Neely for this unnecessary embarrassment," the statement began. "I believe our officers showed poor judgment in this instance and could have waited for a transport unit at the location of arrest."

The statement also said that even though it appears that Neely was being led away by a rope that bound his hands together, the suspect was handcuffed and a line was "clipped to the handcuffs."

Hale said that the officers were "familiar with Mister Neely" and that Neely "had been warned against trespassing upon this specific location several times."

"My officers did not have any malicious intent at the time of the arrest, but we have immediately changed the policy to prevent the use of this technique," Hale said.

The apology, however, reportedly did not satisfy Neely's sister, who told KTRK that she was upset when she saw the image. She said that her brother is mentally ill and homeless.

"We understand the negative perception of this action," a Galveston Police Department official said in the Facebook post.

"While this technique of using mounted horses to transport a person during an arrest is considered a best practice in certain scenarios, such as during crowd control, the practice was not used correctly in this instance," the post read.

The police confirmed that the officers involved with the arrest were using body cameras at the time. KTRK reports that the officers do not face any discipline for their actions.
