INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – A man in the U.S. illegally faces federal and state charges related to a pair of gun scares.

Ahmed Alaklouk, 22, has been living in Indiana on a terminated student visa. He's a Tunisian native and Saudi Arabian citizen, according to court documents. Under federal law, someone in the country illegally is prohibited from possessing guns or ammunition.

The first case happened on Jan. 20. Security at the Hyatt Regency in downtown Indianapolis called Indianapolis Metropolitan police after seeing several firearms in Alaklouk's truck, including six handguns in the front seat and a rifle.

Police said the rifle had been modified to resemble an AR-15 and included a scope, bipod and bump stock; Alaklouk told police it was "fully tricked out" and claimed the rifle belonged to his father. Police told Alaklouk to secure the weapons because someone could break into his truck and steal them, according to court documents.

He unlocked the truck and moved the rifle to the back seat. Security checked later and found the rifle near the passenger seat; it was a concern because Alaklouk's room overlooked the Women's March downtown and thousands were expected to attend that day. The crowd was later estimated at more than 3,500 people.

Security and IMPD removed Alaklouk and two other men from the hotel that morning and monitored him at the business he owns, Medo Tire Shop at 3546 W. 16th St. He didn't leave the business that day.

Still, the case prompted U.S. Homeland Security to take a closer look at Alaklouk's immigration status. The agency discovered that Alaklouk's student visa had been terminated in September 2017.

A week after the hotel incident, Alaklouk got into an argument with a customer at his tire shop. The customer said he sold her a tire that wouldn't hold air; the disagreement led to a fight involving the customer, her father, Alaklouk and other workers.

During the incident, Alaklouk and another employee pulled handguns on the woman and her father. The woman retrieved a gun from her car and fired a shot in the air; Alaklouk got his rifle from inside the shop and threatened to kill the pair.

He later pulled his truck behind their vehicle so they couldn't leave. The woman called police.

Officers found a pair of handguns inside the tire shop; both turned out to be pellet guns, police said. They found a handgun at Alaklouk's home.

During an interview, Alaklouk said he'd accepted the rifle in exchange for work he performed on a customer's car. He admitted the rifle was his and didn't belong to his father, as he'd originally told investigators. He said he kept his firearms in his vehicle because his wife didn't want them in their home.

In addition to the federal case, Alaklouk is charged in Marion County with two felony counts of criminal confinement, two felony counts of intimidation, one felony count of unlawful possession of a firearm and misdemeanor battery. An immigration detainer has been placed on Alaklouk.

A 23-year-old Greek woman and her boyfriend relived scenes of horror in the court of Thessaloniki last week. The woman was gang-raped by three migrants from Syria and Algeria more than a year ago.

It all started on the 2nd of October 2016, when the female victim and her boyfriend attended a solidarity event for refugees at their university in the city of Thessaloniki.

After the party, the student and her boyfriend were passing through the university's yard, when suddenly three migrants attacked them with broken bottles and tied them up.

The immigrants forced the woman to perform oral sex and robbed her, while at the same time, only a few meters away, the solidarity event to support refugees was in full swing.

The Greek police managed to arrest 3 immigrants, aged 19, 22 and 29, from Algeria and Syria for the rape case. Inside the men's apartment, the police found drugs, 5,500 euros in cash, as well as stolen jewellery.

Last week, Thessaloniki's court of appeals decided to convict the 22 and 29 year old Algerians to 29 and 21 years in jail. It's expected that the third perpetrator, the 19-year-old man, will be judged by a juvenile court.

A German teenager was found dead this week and her Afghan failed asylum seeker boyfriend has been arrested on suspicion of killing her; her friends claim he was angry she would not convert to Islam.

Ahmad G., 18, was arrested this week after police suspect he may have stabbed 17-year-old Mireille B. who was murdered on Monday night in the German town of Flensburg, Bild reports.

According to a friend of the victim's family, Ahmad G. had been angry with her over her refusal to convert to Islam.

"Ahmad was a jealous rooster who always wanted to control her. They had been an item since January 2016 but there were constant rows. He insisted that she convert to Islam and always wear a headscarf. She wasn't sure. Whenever she went scarfless there was trouble," they said.

A police spokesman described the events of the murder saying: "Police and rescue workers were called into an apartment around 6:35 pm on Monday. There was a severely injured 17-year-old with multiple stab wounds."

A neighbour described the pair as constantly arguing with each other, while another described the victim as a "cheerful, open-minded girl" but admitted he had only seen the girl once, wearing a headscarf and acting in a shy and cautious manner.

On 19 March Dutch Public Broadcaster NOS reported that two Dutch women were allegedly raped in the Belgian city of Antwerp on Friday 16 March. The version given by NOS, which claims to use Belgian sources, differs in important aspects from the version by the Belgian paper Nieuwsblad which is the source quoted explicitly by almost all other media reports, except the NOS.

Nieuwsblad gives a different number of suspects. Their article reports five suspects. The article further speculates that the women might have been drugged, mentioning Rohypnol as the substance used.

Most obvious omission in the NOS article, besides the fifth man, is that Belgian media mention more details about the suspects. The NOS describes them as "men", while Nieuwsblad is more specific: they are twenty-something, "of African descent, from Antwerp and Temse."

Poliisin mukaan Stanley yritti tehdä 2212 dollarin ostokset väärennetyillä lahjakorteilla Toys "R" Us -lelumyymälässä. Poliisi epäilee, että Stanley on tehnyt vastaavia rikoksia ainakin neljässä osavaltiossa. Hänen epäillään kuuluvan varasliigaan.

Stanley on vangittu ja hänelle on asetettu mittava 350 000 dollarin takuusumma. Hänellä on kolme pientä lasta.

Poliisi Mohamed Noor ampui naisen kuoliaaksi Minneapolisin kaupungissa.

Damond, 40, oli hetkeä aiemmin soittanut hätänumeroon kuultuaan ääniä kotinsa lähettyviltä ja epäilleensä seksuaalirikosta.

Kun poliisit tulivat paikalle, Damond lähestyi poliisiautoa yöpuvussaan. Tällöin Noor ampui naisen.

Tapaus sai laajalti huomiota, sillä Damond ei ollut aseistettu. Lisäksi ihmetystä herätti se, miksi kummallakaan paikan päälle saapuneella poliisilla ei ollut vartalokamera päällä.

Myös Australian pääministeri Malcolm Turnbull otti asiaan tuoreeltaan kantaa.

- Kuinka kadulla yöpuvussa apua pyytävä nainen voidaan ampua näin? Tapaus on shokeeraava, ja kyllä, me vaadimme vastauksia hänen perheensä puolesta, Turnbull kommentoi heinäkuussa pian tapauksen jälkeen.

Tiistaina Nooria vastaan nostettiin syytteet kolmannen asteen murhasta ja toisen asteen taposta. Hän voi saada ensimmäisestä syytteestä maksimissaan 25 vuoden tuomion ja toisesta 10 vuoden tuomion.

Noor kieltäytyi yhteistyöstä tapausta tutkineiden kanssa.

Syyttäjän mukaan kahdeksan kuukautta kestäneen tutkinnan aikana tapahtumien kulku on käynyt selväksi.

Noorin ja hänen työparinsa Matthew Harrityn mukaan ennen Damondin ampumista he olivat kuulleet kovan ääneen, mikä oli säikäyttänyt heidät. Se oli saanut heidät epäilemään mahdollista väijytystä.

Syyttäjän mukaan tästä ei ole mitään todisteita.

- Ei ole lainkaan todisteita siitä, että poliisi Noor olisi kohdannut uhkaa, joka olisi oikeuttanut hänen päätöksensä käyttää tappavaa voimaa, Hennepinin piirikunnan syyttäjä Mike Freeman sanoo.

Dutch Tourists 'Drugged, Gang Raped' by 'African Descent' Men on Trip to Belgium

Four men "of African descent" have been arrested on suspicion of subjecting two Dutch tourists to a "horrifying" three-hour gang rape ordeal, local media reports.

Investigators believe the alleged victims were drugged while on a night out at discotheque Roxy in Antwerp on Friday night before the attack took place.

The women, aged 21 and 22 from Leiden, told police the last thing they remember from the evening is being at the nightclub, describing "just one black hole" in place of where memories should be.

Four men in their twenties described in reports as being of African descent were subsequently arrested on suspicion of rape, one of whom  — named in local media as Mohamed S. — was picked up by police when he returned to the hotel in the evening and was stopped by the manager.

"My client let himself get carried away by his friends", his lawyer Luc Verheyen told Het Laatste Nieuws. "He immediately regretted his actions Saturday. That is why he returned to that hotel. To talk with the victims."

The 22-year-old confessed when questioned by police, according to Verheyen, who said: "At the start of the interrogation he burst into tears. The police confronted him with the victims' terrible story.

"What these young women had to go through for three hours is simply horrific."

Mohamed S. said that he and a friend had entered the room of the alleged victims after giving them a lift to their hotel at around 5am, and other friends of the men later joined them.

"One thing led to another", according to the Antwerp resident, who told police that he and all the men ended up raping the women despite them saying "stop".

"They did not really struggle too much, as they kept falling asleep while we were busy," he said, stating that the women were in a deep sleep when he and his friends left the hotel.

The other three suspects under arrest, whose names were handed to police by Mohamed S., deny assaulting the women. Meanwhile, a spokesman for the Public Prosecution Service said it is in the interests of the investigation not to comment on reports there were five men involved in the gang rape.

Oikeudessa esiintynyt mies vakuutti tehneensä videon vain ärsyttääkseen tyttöystäväänsä Suzanne Kellyä.

– Syytetyllä on suvaitsevaisia ja liberaaleja näkemyksiä. Hänen tyttöystävällään ei ollut epäilystäkään, etteikö tämä olisi ollut esimerkki hänen huumorintajustaan, puolustus totesi.

A man who taught his girlfriend's pet pug to give Nazi salutes and then posted the footage on YouTube, has been found guilty of a hate crime.
Mark Meechan, of Coatbridge, Lanarkshire, will be sentenced in April after a Scottish court found him guilty of communicating a "grossly offensive" video.
The 30-year-old taught his girlfriend's pug to react to the words "gas the Jews", which he repeated 23 times in the short video that he uploaded to his YouTube channel last year.

The pug was also seen raising its paw to the phrase "Sieg Heil" during the footage titled "M8 Yur Dug's a Nazi".
The video was watched more than 3 million times on the video sharing platform. Meechan was arrested after sharing the footage in April 2016.

Viime viikon lopulla Facebookissa levisi viesti, että 22-vuotias porilainen Jessica Mäntyniemi on kadonnut Espanjan Aurinkorannoilla. Hänen äitinsä Sari Mattila oli huolestunut tyttäreltään saamastaan viestistä.

Viestissä luki: "JOKU VARASTI MUN PASSIN JA LAUKUN JA RAHAT JA PUHELIME ne suuttu kun halusin lahtea Suomeen. Lippukin siel kannykas. Mita ma teen?"

Mäntyniemi kertoo nyt Seiskan ja Fuengirola.fi-lehden yhteishaastattelussa, miten asiat etenivät siihen pisteeseen, että nuorta naista etsittiin vapaaehtoisten voimin.

- Olin tullut lomalle Espanjaan neljä kuukautta aikaisemmin. Vietin aikaani täällä, Murciassa ja Marokossa, Jessica kertoo.

- Olin saapunut pari päivää ennen "katoamistani" ystäväni luokse Málagaan La Palmillan kaupunginosaan, missä olin vieraillut viidesti viimeisen kahden vuoden aikana.

La Palmillan asuinalue sijaitsee Espanjan La Ligassa pelaavan Málaga CF:n kotistadionin La Rosaledan pohjoispuolella.

- Olin siellä juhlimassa ystävieni kanssa. Minä en ollut koskaan aikaisemmin kuullut, että alue olisi tavallista vaarallisempi. Omasta mielestäni siellä on rennompi meininki, ja siellä on enemmän ulkomaalaisia, Mäntyniemi kertoo.

Jessica oli baarissa, kun joku vei yllättäen hänen laukkunsa pöydältä puolitoista viikkoa sitten lauantain vastaisena yönä.

- Lähdin miehen perään, mutta yhtäkkiä minut piiritettiin. Useat miehet repivät mekkoani ja ottivat minusta kuvia. Passi ja lompakko menivät jo laukun mukana, mutta puhelin vasta, kun minulta vietiin takki. Onneksi kaverini tuli paikalle ja puolusti minua, hän kertoo runsaasta kolmekymppisestä marokkolaisesta Hichamista.

Jessican mukaan helvetti pääsi irti, kun hän kertoi aikaisemmin päivällä "ystävälleen" Bashirille, että hän on lähdössä Suomeen isoisoäitinsä hautajaisiin.

- Myöhemmin samana iltana minulta vietiin kaikki, enkä ole nähnyt Bashiria sen jälkeen. Hän halusi kanssani naimisiin, mutta en tietenkään suostunut siihen, Jessica kertoo 38-vuotiaasta marokkolaisesta miehestä..................

Rahattomana Jessica päätyi asumaan uusien tuttaviensa luokse. Hän maksoi ruokansa tiskaamalla ystävänsä baarissa.

- Se ei minua haitannut, koska tiskaaminen oli hauskaa.

Mutta sitten tilanne alkoi kärjistyä. Ensin 45-vuotias marokkolainen nainen Fatima ehdotti, että Mäntyniemi alkaisi prostituoiduksi.

- Hänen mielestään minun pitäisi pyytää rahaa seksistä. Hän imarteli minua ja kutsui tyttärekseen, mutta samalla halusi parittaa minua. En tietenkään suostunut siihen.

Rahatonta nuorta naista yritettiin käyttää hyväksi myös muulla tavalla.

- Marokkolaiset mafiosot ehdottivat, että alkaisin salakuljettaa huumeita Afrikasta Espanjaan. En suostunut siihenkään.

- Jossain vaiheessa aloin ihmetellä, miksi entiset ystäväni alkoivat käyttäytyä minua kohtaan aggressiivisesti. Olin kuitenkin vieraillut La Palmillassa useasti aiemmin, Jessica toteaa.........................

-Nyt hän oli avuttomassa tilassa, ja hänelle tehtiin työtarjous: Myy persettäsi.

-Jessican tapaus päättyi onnellisesti, useimmat tapaukset eivät.

Ulkomailla matkustavia suomalaisia tyttöjä on piiritetty siitä alkaen kun Interrail keksittiin, ja maahanmuuton myötä ongelma on tullut Suomen maaperälle. Teillä ei ole mitään arvokkaampaa.

Europol on onnistunut pysäyttämään nigerialaisten ihmissalakuljetusorganisaation, joka toimi ympäri Eurooppaa ja pakotti naisia prostituutioon. Uhreja salakuljetettiin Libyan ja Italian kautta.

Ratsioita tehtiin mm. yhdessätoista Espanjan kaupungissa sekä Manchesterissa. 89 ihmistä pidätettiin ja 39 uhria pelastettiin.

European Police Break Major Nigerian Human Trafficking Ring

The European Union's law enforcement agency says police have smashed a Nigerian organized crime ring in one of the largest European operations against human trafficking.

Europol says the Nigerian gang trafficked victims to Europe through Libya and Italy, forcing women into prostitution to pay for their journey.

Spain's Guardia Civil carried out 41 house searches in 11 Spanish cities, while Britain's National Crime Agency mounted raids in Manchester. Europol says the criminal ring was active in multiple EU countries.

A Europol statement Thursday says it blocked bank accounts that laundered more than 300,000 euros ($370,000) for the organization. It says 89 people were arrested and 39 victims rescued.

The statement did not say when the operation took place.

Eli oikeastaan ainoa mitä tässä on tapahtunut on se että joku marokkolainen rullasi sen -mikä on suoraa seurausta siitä mihin seuraan hän on itse hakeutunut- joten summa sumarum on se, että tästä ei kenenkään kannata kyyneltä tirauttaa. On syitä, ja niistä koituu seurauksia.
