Lehdet jotka kehittelevät näitä kausteja ja kirjoittelevat milloin kenenkin ottavan etäisyyttä milloin kenestäkin ovat kommunistien asialla. Aivan kuten hesari ja melkein kaikki muutkin lehdet Suomessa. Vastaus kysymykseesi, arvioisin että suurin osa niin republikaani- kuin demokraattipoliitikoista on kommunistien sylikoiria. Nämä tukemiset ja pöyristymiset ovat osa peliä suuren yleisön mielipiteen manipuloimiseksi. Rand Paul:iin uskon, ainakin vielä toistaiseksi.

Ovatpa kommunistit olleet sitten ovelia: he käskivät sylikoiriaan republikaanipuolueessa tukemaan Cliven Bundya vain, jotta voisivat irtisanoutua hänestä viikkoa myöhemmin. Uskot todella, että maailmanpolitiikkaa hallitsee jokin valtava salaliitto, jolta eri puolueiden poliitikot saavat käskynsä? Ja miksi pidät Rand Paulia poikkeuksena, jos kerran olet sitä mieltä, että ne "tukemiset ja pöyristymiset", joihin hänkin on osallistunut, ovat vain suuren kommunistisalaliiton manipuloimaa peliä?

Jos USA:n republikaaninenkin puolue on kommunistinen, siinä tapauksessa maailmassa ei taida olla yhtä ainutta oikeistolaista puoluetta. Sitä voisi tosin kuvitella, että veronalennuksia rikkaille ajava puolue ei olisi kommunistinen, mutta sinä kai pidät sitäkin vain yhtenä massiivisen kommunistisalaliiton juonena.

Kaikki tiedämme miten sairas kyhäelmä Neuvostoliitto oli. Älkää hyvät kanssakirjoittelijat menkö siihen samaan retkuun enää.

Tämä kommenttisi näyttäytyy melko ironisessa valossa, kun muistetaan, että Ukraina-ketjussa olet nostanut sankariksesi Vladimir Putinin, KGB-upseerin, joka on kutsunut Neuvostoliiton hajoamista 1900-luvun "suurimmaksi geopoliittiseksi katastrofiksi".

Tähän väliin on hyvä oikaista yksi perustavaa laatua oleva asia. Mitä on oikeisto?

Näen että monen kanssakirjoittelijan oikeisto on, kuten niin monen oikeistolais-wannaben tuppaa tänä päivänä olemaan, liike mikä ajaa superrikkaiden etuja. Mitä suurempi korporaatio, sen oikeammalla ja hienompaa. On mahtavaa työskennellä monikansalliselle megakorporaatiolle. Vaikka palkka on surkea niin saa olla mukana jossain niin oikeistolaisessa puulaakissa ettei itse Mannerheimkaan olisi siihen kyennyt. Ei tosiaan olisi Mannerheimkaan kyennyt niihin hommiin eikä edes halunnut, nimittäin se mitä nykypäivän oikeistolais-wannabe luulee oikeistolaisuudeksi on korporaatiokommunismia minkä lopputulema on sama kuin missä tahansa muussa kommunismin variaatiossa. Kun yksi gigakorporaatio vihdoin omistaa kaiken, keskiluokka on hävitetty ja olemme kaikki "töissä" samassa putiikissa on maailmanlaajuinen totalitaristinen kommunistihallinto valmis. Siinä teidän "isä ajeli Ladalla ja minä haluan hyvittää sen"-oikeistolaisten oikeistolaisuus pähkinänkuoressa. Te olette nykyajan hyödyllisiä idiootteja.

Sattuneesta syystä katson omaavani oikeuden sanoa oikeistolaisuudesta pari sanaa. Oikeistolaisuus tarkoittaa mm. vapaita, sääntelemättömiä markkinoita mikä käytännössä ilmenee keskiluokan kukoistuksena, yksilön vastuuta itsestään ja yksilön vapauksia. Tänä päivänä, niinsanotussa länsimaailmassa, kaikki hallitukset ajavat politiikkaa mikä manipuloi ja sääntelee markkinoita megakorporaatioiden eduksi ja keskiluokan haitaksi, yksilön vastuuta siirretään viranomaisille ja yksilön vapauksia rajoitetaan. Maailmassa on monta puoluetta mitkä väittävät olevansa oikeistolaisia. Samaan aikaan nämä "oikeisto"-puolueet tekevät vasemmistopolitiikkaa. Kaikki todelliset oikeistolaista politiikkaa ajavat puolueet on valtamedian voimin leimattu äärioikeistoksi ja saatu pidettyä marginaalissa erittäin hyvin.

Ai haatana tuota kommunistien juonikkuutta, ensin laittoivat maapallon suurimman ja luonnonvaroiltaan rikkaimman valtion lahtipenkkiin ja sitten aivan tietoisesti etukäteen ennakoivat,  että vastustajan elikkä USA:n järjestelmä välttämättä keikahtaa vihollisensa hävittyä pelikentältä sellaiseen äärioikeistolaiseen asentoon, että he kiertävät täyden ympyrän ja saapuvat takakautta äärivasemmalle.

Näin ainoat oikeat varsinaiset ihmisiä vapauttavat aidot oikeistolaiset löytyvät Putinin Venäjän  oilgarkeista ja  ainoat oikeat  ihmisiä oikeasti orjuuttavat kommunistit löytyvät USA:n globaalimarkkinataloutta hallitsevista finanssilaitoksista.

It went from a one on one interview to a crowd of well over 50 and a full fledged press conference basically, and even Channel 13 got drawn in at the back of the crowd.

Ryan gave us numerous inspirational moments and quotes (all natural and spontaneous) including talking about one Russian who stays around in a tent went ahead of the line of horses in the standoff as the BLM/troops told him they'd shoot, and the man from Russia said, "This is not Russia and I'm not going to live like this any longer. If I have to be the first one to die to bring this movement about, so be it."

Harry Reid has run 52 ranchers out of business so far, just like their recent efforts with Cliven Bundy, because of his ownership in Reid Bunkerville, LLC, which holds 93 acres in Nevada.

The parcels seem to be in the way of future development with the Chinese, which may even involve a freeway interchange and loop, and all sit west of the same general area as the land where all these 'trespassing cattle' graze.

In a shocking verdict, Judge Gloria Navarro dismissed jurors Wednesday, declaring a mistrial in the Bundy Ranch case saying U.S. prosecutors willfully withheld critical and "potentially exculpatory" evidence from the defense.

As AZCentral.com reports, Navarro cited five key pieces of information that prosecutors did not disclose: records about surveillance and snipers at the Bundy Ranch; unredacted FBI logs about activity at the ranch in the days around the standoff; threat assessments about the Bundys dating to 2012; and internal affairs reports about the BLM.

Navarro methodically laid out her reasoning for about an hour, citing legal standards and case law, before delivering her ruling.

She said the evidence that was withheld could have been favorable to the accused and could have affected the outcome of the case.

Navarro stopped short of dismissing charges against the four men. It is unclear whether the case will be retried because Navarro did not rule whether the mistrial was with or without prejudice.

DOJ Opens Probe Into Bundy Prosecutors Who Hid Evidence

The Department of Justice (DOJ) has opened a probe into federal prosecutors of the recent trial of Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy, E&E News reports.

Bundy faced criminal charges related to a 2014 standoff with Bureau of Land Management (BLM) agents. After the prosecutions numerous missteps and "willful" withholding of evidence that would aid the Bundy's defense, the judge ruled a mistrial Wednesday, The Oregonian reports.

The DOJ did not say whether it would pursue another trial against Cliven Bundy and others involved in the 2014 standoff, according to E&E News.

Attorney General Jeff Sessions "personally directed that an expert in the department's discovery obligations be deployed to examine the case and advise as to next steps," DOJ deputy director of public affairs Ian Prior told The Oregonian.

"This is every prosecutor's nightmare," retired federal prosecutor Kent Robinson said.

Weeks before U.S. District Judge Gloria M. Navarro declared a mistrial of the case, a memo written by a BLM agent assigned to investigate the agency's actions during the 2014 raid on the Bundy ranch was released. The memo contained serious allegations of misconduct and likely illegal activities by BLM officials and prosecutors, led by acting Nevada U.S. Attorney Steven Myhre, throughout the raid and trial of Cliven Bundy.

Throughout the trial, Myhre and his team of prosecutors were caught violating the Brady law six separate times for refusing to turn over exculpatory evidence that could help the Bundys.

Myhre had removed the agent responsible for the memo, Larry Wooten, from his position investigating the BLM in February, confiscating all his records and data.

Wooten wrote his 18 page memo from memory and leaked it the DOJ.

LAS VEGAS — Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy, his two sons and a militia member will not face a retrial on charges that they led an armed rebellion against federal agents in 2014.

A federal judge on Monday said the federal prosecutors' conduct was "outrageous" and "violated due process rights" of the defendants.

U.S. District Court Judge Gloria Navarro dismissed the charges against the four men "with prejudice," meaning they cannot face trial again. She said a new trial would not be sufficient to address the problems in the case and would provide the prosecution with an unfair advantage going forward.

The judge criticized both the prosecution and the FBI for not providing evidence to the defense as required under court rules. "The court finds that the universal sense of justice has been violated," Navarro said.

Navarro said it was clear the FBI was involved in the prosecution of the case, and that it was not a coincidence that most of the withheld evidence came from the FBI.

She said the prosecution's reliance on the FBI and failure to look beyond the documents the FBI provided represented an "intentional abdication of its responsibility." Essentially, she said the prosecution decided not to follow up because the evidence would have worked in the Bundys' favor.

As the courtroom doors opened after Navarro's ruling, a huge cheer went up from the crowd of spectators gathered outside.

Navarro's decision comes less than a month after she declared a mistrial in case and found federal prosecutors willfully withheld critical and "potentially exculpatory" evidence from the defense.

Cliven Bundy, his sons Ammon and Ryan Bundy, and militia member Ryan Payne were all in court. Cliven Bundy had remained in jail until the hearing; the judge ordered his immediate release.

Navarro on Dec. 20 cited six pieces of evidence the Nevada U.S. Attorney's Office failed to disclose that was favorable to the defense and could have changed the outcome of the trial.

The evidence included:

Records about surveillance at the Bundy ranch;
Maps about government surveillance;
Records about the presence of government snipers;
FBI logs about activity at the ranch in the days leading up to standoff;
Law-enforcement assessments dating to 2012 that found the Bundys posed no threat;
Internal affairs reports about misconduct by Bureau of Land Management agents.
"Failure to turn over such evidence violates due process," Navarro said last month. "A fair trial at this point is impossible."

President Donald Trump has pardoned two ranchers whose case sparked the armed occupation of a national wildlife refuge in Oregon.

Dwight and Steven Hammond were convicted in 2012 of intentionally and maliciously setting fires on public lands. The arson crime carried a minimum prison sentence of five years, but a sympathetic federal judge, on his last day before retirement, decided the penalty was too stiff and gave the father and son much lighter prison terms.

Prosecutors won an appeal and the Hammonds were resentenced in October 2015 to serve the mandatory minimum.
