Etenkin vielä tämä yksityiskohta, joka tuntuu toistuvan kerta toisensa jälkeen. Sen sijaan, että lapsia raiskanneet saatettaisiin vastuuseen teoistaan tai edes tehtäviin, missä eivät pääse enää tekemisiin lasten kanssa, niin katolisessa kirkossa kovin usein nämä vain siirretään jonnekin muualle, missä nämä pääsevät jatkamaan pahoja tekojaan:

Raiskauksista syytetty pappi Nicola Corradi työskenteli aikaisemmin Italiassa kuurojen koulussa Veronassa. Koulussa paljastui järkyttävä skandaali joitakin vuosia sitten.

Yli 20 pappia ja muuta koulun työntekijää syytettiin siitä, että he olivat käyttäneet satoja kuuroja lapsia seksuaalisesti hyväkseen vuosien ajan.

Sen sijaan, että Corradi olisi saanut tuomion, katolinen kirkko lähetti hänet Argentiinaan.

Smith argued the procedure is practiced by the Dawoodi Bohra, an Islamic sect based in India, and that the clinic was used to keep procedures sterile, WXYZ reported.

Aviovaimonsa paloitellut australialaismies livahti poliisin käsistä ja teki itsemurhan.

Poliisi luuli aluksi joutuneensa keskelle sairasta pilailua, kun se löysi kattilassa kiehumassa olleen ihmisjalan asunnosta Brisbanessa.

Australialaisen kokin Marcus Volken väitetään murhanneen indonesialaisen vaimonsa Mayang Prasetyon ja yrittäneen peitellä murhaa paloittelemalla ja keittämällä Prasetyon ruumiin. Murha tapahtui vuoden 2014 lokakuussa.

Poliisi teki karmaisevan löydön, kun rakennuksen huoltoyhtiö teki ilmoituksen Volken asunnosta tulevasta pistävästä, oudosta hajusta.

Kun poliisit saapuivat paikalle, Volke selitti käyvänsä laittamassa koiransa lukkojen taa, mutta pakeni ja teki itsemurhan.

Konstaapeli Liam McWhinney kertoi tänään Brisbanessa järjestetyssä kuolemansyyntutkijan kuulustelussa, miten hän oli työtoverinsa kanssa mennyt asuntoon, jonka lattia oli veren peitossa ja liedellä olevassa kattilassa keitettiin ihmisen jalkaa.

- Luulin sitä aluksi vain sairaaksi pilaksi. Mutta kun yhdistelin asioita mielessäni, tajusin, että se ei ollut pila.

Prasetyon muut ruumiinosat löytyivät sitten pesukoneen vierestä. Sähkömies oli käynyt myös asunnossa vähän ennen poliiseja korjaamassa keittiössä syntyneen oikosulun.

Reidin mukaan asunnossa oli todella outo haju.

- Se oli paha haju, jotain jollaista en ollut haistanut aiemmin. En pysty kuvailemaan sitä, McWhinney sanoi.

Volke oli murhan aikoihin hakeutumassa hoitoon mielenterveysongelmiensa takia. Hän oli tavannut sukupuoltaan korjanneen vaimonsa, kun kumpikin oli työskennellyt seuralaispalvelussa.

Täsäs täytyy sanoa, että jenkkien omaan kulttuuriin verrattuna tämä juttu on aika oudon tuntuinen. Kyseessä on ollut ilmeisesti siinä laajassa spektrissä, missä näitä naisten "ympärileikkausia" tehdään, tapaus siitä laimeammasta päästä. Vertailut poikien ympärileikkauksiin tuntusivat hyvin oikeutetuilta, ja nämähän ovat Yhdysvallloissa eivät ainoastaan laillisia, vaan jopa huomattavan yleisiä, eikä vain joidenkin pienten etnisten  vähemmistöjen keskuudessa.

Italiassa korkein oikeus on pitänyt voimassa sikhimiehelle annetun 2 000 euron sakon perinteisen kirpan-veitsen kantamisesta julkisella paikalla vuonna 2013.

Perusteluissaan korkein oikeus totesi, että "maahanmuuttajien on sopeuduttava arvoihin, jotka vallitsevat niissä yhteiskunnissa, joihin maahanmuuttajat ovat päättäneet asettua".

Pöyristyttävää! Fasismia! Kulttuurirasismia!

Eihän se noin voi mennä, vaan myös vastaanottajamaan kantaväestön on sopeuduttava, mielellään vielä paljon enemmän kuin maahanmuuttajan. Se on oikeaa monikulttuurisuutta ainakin jos on länsimaista kyse.

Italian korkein oikeus: Maahanmuuttajien on sopeuduttava arvoihimme

Italian korkein oikeus on antanut tuomion vaarallisena pitämänsä uskonnollisen symbolin käytöstä julkisella paikalla.

Yleisradioyhtiö RAI:n mukaan tapaus juontaa juurensa vuoteen 2013, jolloin Italiassa asuva sikhi kantoi julkisella paikalla perinteistä kirpan -veistä. Poliisi antoi 20-senttisen veitsen kantamisesta 2000 euron sakon. Asia päätyi oikeuteen, koska veistä kantanut sikhi katsoi sen olevan osa perinteistä asua turbanin tapaan ja vaati sakon kumoamista.

Tapaus päätyi korkeimpaan oikeuteen saakka, joka antoi tuomionsa maanantaina. Korkein oikeus piti sakon voimassa.

Perusteluissaan korkein oikeus toteaa, että "maahanmuuttajien on sopeuduttava arvoihin, jotka vallitsevat niissä yhteiskunnissa, joihin maahanmuuttajat ovat päättäneet asettua". Tämä siitäkin huolimatta, että maahanmuuttaja tietäisi niiden poikkeavan hänen arvoistaan.

Italian korkeimman oikeuden mielestä "ei ole hyväksyttävissä, että pitäytyminen lähtömaan arvoihin, vaikka ne siellä olisivat laillisia, johtaisivat lain rikkomiseen maassa, johon henkilö on asettunut".

Korkeimman oikeuden mukaan kansalaisten turvallisuus on asia, jota on suojeltava.

– Monikulttuurinen yhteiskunta on välttämättömyys, mutta se ei voi johtaa kulttuurisiin saarekkeisiin ... jotka estäisivät maamme ... oikeudellisen yhtenäisyyden toteutumisen, joka tunnustaa, että kansalaisten turvallisuus on asia, jota on suojeltava. Tämän takaamiseksi aseen ja vahingoittamiseen tarkoitettujen esineiden kantaminen on kielletty.

Onneksi sentään uhri oli ehtinyt läpikäydä sukupuolenvaihtoprosessin, niin että tästäkin voidaan leipoa sopivan korrekti "valkoinen heteromies ja eksoottinen aasialaisvaimo"-tapaus.

The Local: Man jailed for 11 years for rape of two Chinese students

A 32-year-old Iraqi refugee was found guilty on Tuesday of the rape of two Chinese students at a university in western Germany. The initial arrest fired off a national debate about sexual violence by asylum seekers.

Ziyad K. admitted to the charges late in the trial, after initially refusing to make a statement to the court.

The court found that he had almost strangled one of the women to death during an attack at the Ruhr University Bochum. When assaulting her in August, he wrapped a shoelace around her throat and threatened her with a stick so that she would not move.

The 22-year-old victim, who flew back from Beijing for the proceedings, told the court: "I thought I was going to die."

Police arrested the man after a friend of one of the victims took a picture of him lurking behind a bush in the same spot that he had attacked her.

Critics of the government said that Chancellor Angela Merkel's open-door refugee policy was to blame for the assaults. But Merkel rounded on critics, calling the attacks "terrible isolated incidents."

"The fact that some people want to exploit them is something we have to withstand and defend ourselves against," she said in December.

Heinäkuussa 2016 kymmenen miehen joukko oli juhlimassa ramadanin loppua Itä-Lontoossa. Paikalle saapui kolme miestä kahdella autolla ja he alkoivat kiistelllä näiden kanssa. Pian homma eskaloitui kähinäksi, jossa käytettiin baseball-mailoja ja pulloja.

Kaksi paikalle tulleista lähti pois toisella autolla, mutta Akikul Islam ajoi Range Roverillaan useita kertoja kahta miestä päin. Toinen uhreista loukkaantui erityisen vakavasti ja on edelleen hoidossa.

Akikul Islam on todettu toissapäivänä oikeudessa syylliseksi törkeisiin pahoinpitelyihin ja tuomio julistetaan 30. kesäkuuta. Myös muita henkilöitä on pidätetty tapaukseen liittyen.

Driver facing jail after deliberately ploughing Range Rover into Mile End crowd celebrating Eid

A man who deliberately rammed his Range Rover into a crowd celebrating the Muslim festival of Eid in east London is facing jail.

Akikul Islam, 25, was today found guilty of causing grievous bodily harm after seriously injuring two men in the attack on 7 July last year.

Islam had arrived at the scene on Frimley Way, Mile End, in the company of another car just before 1am.

CCTV footage showed three men get out of the two cars and begin arguing with a group of around ten males who had been celebrating the end of Ramadan.

The altercation quickly escalated into a physical fight involving baseball bats and bottles.

The other car drove off but Islam – whose car was facing the other direction – remained in place as fighters began to surround him.

He then suddenly manoeuvred his vehicle away from the group before driving directly at them, running over a 24-year-old and smashing into a parked car.

The Old Bailey heard how he then positioned his car so he had a clear route away from Frimley Way, but instead reversed back towards the group of men, striking a 20-year-old and the same victim from before.

Islam then drove forward with both men trapped underneath the car's wheels before colliding with another car and eventually driving off into Alderney Road.

The two injured men were rushed to hospital, with the 20-year-old suffering critical injuries and still requiring medical care almost a year later. A third man was also believed to have been targeted by Islam, although police do not know the severity of his injuries.

Islam was remanded in custody and will be sentenced at the Old Bailey on Friday, 30 June.

A number of other people have been arrested as part of the investigation and remain on bail, with enquiries ongoing.

Berlin's Regional Court on Tuesday sentenced one of the youths charged with setting fire to a homeless man to two weeks of juvenile detention and community service.

The 17-year-old Syrian refugee received a more lenient sentence because the court found that he was not directly involved in the incident. Rather, by his own admission, he did not act when he realized that the man had been set on fire. The teenager is expected to skip detention, however, as his pre-trial custody counted towards the final sentence.

The trial against the remaining six suspects, born in Syria and Libya and aged between 16 and 21, is scheduled to resume on Friday. They all stand accused of attempted murder. Only the 21-year-old, who reportedly admitted to starting the fire, is being tried as an adult. Afgaanikristitty murhattiin omien lastensa nähden Saksassa

Farimah, 38-vuotias afganistanilaisnainen puukotettiin kuoliaaksi Prienissä, Baijerin osavaltiossa Saksassa 29. huhtikuuta. Murhaaja, 29-vuotias afganistanilaismies, pidätettiin heti iskun jälkeen.

Murha tapahtui kadulla, Lidl-kaupan edustalla naisen 11- ja 5-vuotiaiden lasten silmien edessä. Asiasta kertovat muun muassa saksalaiset verkkolehdet Deutche Welle ja achgut.com.

Farimah kääntyi muslimista kristityksi kahdeksan vuotta sitten. Vuodesta 2011 Saksassa asunut nainen palveli paikallisen seurakunnan pakolaistyössä. Poliisi on kuitenkin ollut varovainen kommentoimaan iskun motiiveja. Hyökkääjän todettiin olevan "henkisesti epävakaa", mutta rikostutkijat pitävät naisen kääntymistä islamista kristinuskoon mahdollisena motiivina rikokselle. Murhaepäiltyä nimittäin on kuvattu "hyvin uskonnolliseksi".



Open Doors haastatteli touko–syyskuun 2016 aikana 743 kristittyä turvapaikanhakijaa ja pakolaista lähes kaikissa Saksan osavaltioissa. 56 prosenttia vastaajista kertoi tulleensa fyysisen hyökkäyksen kohteeksi ja 42 prosenttia kertoi saaneensa tappouhkauksia. 91 prosenttia vastaajista sanoi, että hyökkäysten takana olivat pakolaiskeskuksen muslimit.

Saksalaislehti Bild kertoo formulalegenda Michael Schumacherin perhettä koskeneesta kiristysyrityksestä.

Hüseyin B -nimellä poliisin raportissa kulkeva 25-vuotias henkilö oli lähettänyt Schumacherin vaimolle Corinnalle kirjeen, jossa hän esitti kiristysvaatimuksen ja uhkauksen.

Hüseyin B vaati Schumacherilta 900 000 euroa.

- Jos rahoja ei tipu maaliskuun 31. päivään mennessä, sinun lapseni kuolevat tavalla tai toisella. Formula 4- sarjassa tapahtuu paljon onnettomuuksia, kirjeessä luki.

Schumachereilla on kaksi lasta, vuonna 1997 syntynyt Gina-Marie ja 1999 syntynyt Mick, joka ajaa kilpaa.

Mick Schumacher oli aloittanut Formula 4 -sarjan edellisenä vuonna ennen kiristystä.

Corinna Schumacher on hoitanut perheen raha-asioita Michaelin jouduttua vakavaan lasketteluonnettomuuteen vuoden 2013 lopussa.

Kiristäjä kuitenkin mokasi suunnitelmansa nololla tavalla, sillä hän oli liittänyt kirjeeseen mukaan oman pankkitilin numeronsa, jonne summa piti maksaa. Poliiseilla oli siten helppo työ päästä hänen jäljilleen.

Hüseyin B tuomittiin Reutlingenin kaupungin oikeudessa vuodeksi ja yhdeksäksi kuukaudeksi ehdonalaiseen. Lisäksi hänen pitää maksaa 4500 euron sakko ja tehdä 50 tuntia yhdyskuntapalvelua. Mies määrättiin myös terapiaan.

Chilling moment 'sex attacker' lunges at woman during assault in Dalston

This is the chilling moment a man lunged at a woman in a "sexually motivated attack" in east London - one of two assaults in 48 hours.

The 36-year-old woman, who was wearing headphones and looking at her phone, was walking in Scriven Street, Dalston, when her attacker grabbed her from behind and pinned her to the ground, police say.

Detectives have released CCTV footage of the terrifying ordeal, which appears to show the man walking a few yards behind his victim before lunging himself at her.

Thinking she was being robbed, the woman threw her phone at the man but he continued to hold her to the floor, police said.

Her attacker ran away after being disturbed by a passing car, with his victim running home to call 999.

The attack, which took place at about 12.20am on Wednesday, May 10, is being treated as sexually motivated.

A second attack took place just two days later, with a 35-year-old woman assaulted as she walked home from a night out in the early hours of Friday, May 12.

She was followed by a man in Hertford Road, who lunged at her and pulled her to the ground at about 12.30am.

The attack was only stopped when the woman screamed and caught the attention of a passing taxi driver, who rushed to help her, police said.

Officers said they are convinced both attacks were by the same man.

He is described as black, aged in his early 20s and between 5ft 6in and 5ft 10in tall.

Pensioner repeatedly punched after trying to stop sex assault on Fulham bus

A pensioner was repeatedly punched and spat at after she tried to defend a woman who was being sexually assaulted on a bus.

The 65-year-old woman was brutally attacked when she challenged a man who was sexually assaulting a fellow passenger on a route 295 bus as it drove along Fulham Palace Road.

She was punched several times in the face before being spat at, police said.

The attack was only stopped when other passengers rushed to help and pushed the man, aged between 20 and 30, off the bus.

The assault victim was taken to a west London hospital with cuts and swelling to her lips.

A Met Police spokesman said: "The woman was punched several times in the face after she verbally defended a woman who was being sexually assaulted by the suspect.

2017-05-26 Kent Police: Four guilty of raping teenage girl in Ramsgate

Shershah Muslimyar, 20, formerly of Hovenden Close, Canterbury; Tamin Rahmani, 37, formerly of Northwood Road, Ramsgate; Rafiullah Hamidy, 24, formerly of High Street, Herne Bay; and Hamid Mohamadi, 18, formerly of Boughton Aluph, Ashford, attacked the 16-year-old at Rahmani's home in the early hours of Sunday 18 September 2016.

Senior investigating officer Detective Inspector Richard Vickery said:

'The victim in this case was a vulnerable teenage girl who was taken advantage of and subjected to some of the most horrendous crimes imaginable.
     
'It was late at night, she was lost and she asked a group of men for directions. Instead they saw an opportunity to fulfil their depraved sexual desires and betrayed the trust she placed in them in the worst possible way.
     
'Rape is an abhorrent crime and the victim has suffered a great deal of emotional harm from the ordeal she was forced to endure. She has displayed tremendous courage in reliving what happened to her, and I would like to personally thank her for having the strength to help bring her offenders to justice.
     
'They clearly pose a significant danger to women and children and are fully deserving of the lengthy prison sentences they will surely now serve.'

A date for sentencing has not yet been confirmed.

Kaksi vihapuheeseen puuttunutta ihmistä on puukotettu hengiltä Yhdysvalloissa, amerikkalaismediat kertoivat lauantaina.

Veriteko tapahtui paikallisjunassa Portlandissa perjantai-iltapäivänä. Silminnäkijöiden mukaan puukottaja ryhtyi huutamaan rasistisia solvauksia, joiden kohteena olivat ilmeisesti junassa olleet kaksi muslimityttöä.

Migrant Mass Brawl Turns Quiet Austrian City Area into Chaos

A mass brawl of around 30 migrants from Afghanistan and other Arab countries turned a quiet area in the Austrian city of Linz into chaos, frightening local residents.

At 9:20 am on Thursday morning, residents in the residential area on Böhmerwaldstrasse in the Austrian city of Linz phoned police as around 30 migrants started brawling in the area. One restaurant owner was forced to barricade his establishment to protect his customers from the violence, Kronen Zeitung reports.

Ingmar Goetzloff, owner of the Italian restaurant Rosso di Acqua e Sole, described the incident saying: "There were about thirty youngsters who had formed a group, two were standing in the circle, they were brutally banging on each other, there was a terrible scream, I locked the doors of my restaurant so my guests were safe."

Goetzloff also said how annoyed he had become that a bench in front of his restaurant had become a meeting place for asylum seekers due to its close proximity to the Linz main train station.

The train station has been a hub for migrants and has led at least one father to call for better police protection as his daughter had been sexually harassed there by migrants.

Local resident Hatto Wedenig also said he was annoyed with the presence of the asylum seekers in the area. "I have just come home with my wife when the violence has taken place, these young people are lounging around here every day, and it is a pity that such a beautiful area can easily be disfigured by such subjects," he said.

By the time the police arrived on the scene most of the migrants had run away. One suspect was apprehended by police who charged him with suspicion to riot. Hubert Bogner of the Linz City Police Commission said: "These youngsters carry out their turf fights in this way. We can only monitor..."

The incident is not the first mass fight in the city involving migrants. Last year asylum seekers brawled with supporters of Linz football team LASK Linz FC in a fight that involved around 40 people in the heart of the city. It took over 20 police officers armed with pepper spray to eventually restore order.

Migrant on migrant violence has also occurred in the Austrian capital of Vienna. In one case up to 50 asylum seekers, once again from Afghanistan, clashed with each other outside the famous Prater Park. Several of the young men were injured in the fight and 16 were arrested by police.

The Clarion-Ledger Authorities from multiple agencies took Cory Godbolt into custody on East Lincoln Road Sunday morning after they say he killed eight people, including a Lincoln County deputy.

The deputy's name and the names of the other victims, have not yet been released.

Godbolt fled from police and allegedly killed people at three different scenes in Lincoln County. He told The Clarion-Ledger reporter he did it because he loved his wife and children and he loves Bogue Chitto.
