Every now and then you come across an article that folks just need to read. This one written by Michael Smith entitled, "Confessions of a Public Defender" and originally posted at American Renaissance on May 9, 2014 is one of those articles.

Smith articulates that which ails the black community — the real discussion we should be having on race, not that of victimhood and the further expansion of the welfare nanny-state.

He begins by saying, "I am a public defender in a large southern metropolitan area. Fewer than ten percent of the people in the area I serve are black but over 90 per cent of my clients are black. The remaining ten percent are mainly Hispanics but there are a few whites."

"I have no explanation for why this is, but crime has racial patterns. Hispanics usually commit two kinds of crime: sexual assault on children and driving under the influence. Blacks commit many violent crimes but very few sex crimes. The handful of whites I see commit all kinds of crimes. In my many years as a public defender I have represented only three Asians, and one was half black."

He presents his observations based on his personal experience with black defendants, and his words will no doubt inflame many:

My experience has also taught me that blacks are different by almost any measure to all other people. They cannot reason as well. They cannot communicate as well. They cannot control their impulses as well. They are a threat to all who cross their paths, black and non-black alike.

It will take you only 5 minutes to read this article — and I would bet you'll read it again. Then ask yourself, is this something you hear Al Sharpton addressing? Or President Obama, Eric Holder, Jeh Johnson or Jesse Jackson?

I'm quite sure the progressive socialist left will criticize me for sharing this article – that's just who they are – they hate the truth. But if there is a war to be fought, it is for the soul of the inner city and the black community. The facts and observations in this are not shocking to me. They are quite well known, but the manner in which the writer so eloquently presents them is quite commendable.

We cannot begin to "have a conversation about race" until we are willing to honestly address the facts.

As Smith says at the end, "I do know that it is wrong to deceive the public. Whatever solutions we seek should be based on the truth rather than what we would prefer was the truth."

Niin ja eihän se itse älykkyys keskiarvo juurikaan kerro mitään. Rotujen välisiä eroja on paljon muitakin, tuhansien vuosien sopeutumia erilaisiin elinympäristöihin jotka vaikuttaa sitten käyttäytymiseen noin keskiarvo mielessä. Ne""""""n ongelma ei ole niinkään heidän matala keskiarvo älykkyys, vaan muut perinnölliset ominaisuudet jotka altistaa mm.väkivaltaiseen ja harkitsemattomaan käytökseen. Puhdasveriset ne""""""t ei ole todellakaan soveltuvia elämään esim. valkoisten kanssa samoissa naapurustoissa, jo ihan yleisen turvallisuuden vuoksi.

Jokatapauksessa USA:ssa, monet ns. african americans - ryhmän jäsenet omaavat valkoista perimää ja yleensä mulatot pärjäävätkin paremmin. Suurin osa USA:n akateemisesti menestyneistä mustista on oikeasti mulattoja - eli vain 50% nee"""""ä. Ei tule itselleni mieleen ainakaan yhtään ei-mulatto ne"""""ä USA:ssa joka olisi menestynyt hyvin akateemisesti. Sensijaan hyvin menestyneitä mulattoja tulee mieleen kymmeniä. Tämän jutunkin Allen West, on tyypillinen hyvin menestynyt mulatto.

^Joo. Äo-keskiarvo on vain yksi juttu monien joukossa. Niin hienoa kuin se olisikin, että voisimme kaikki elellä samojen standardien mukaan, mutta kun ei onnistu niin ei onnistu. Throughout his book, Rushton's writing provides clues that Blacks could be considered an Se race and Orientals an Si/Ni race, with Whites in between.

On average, Orientals are slower to mature, less fertile, less sexually active, less aggressive, and have larger brains and higher IQ scores. Blacks are at the other pole. Whites fall in the middle, but closer to Orientals than to Blacks (pg. 7).

Blacks have from 3 to 19% more of the sex hormone testosterone than Whites or East Asians. The testosterone translates into more explosive energy (7).

By the teenage years, Blacks have faster reflexes, as in the famous knee-jerk response (7).

Further, the hormones that give Blacks an edge at sports makes them restless in school and prone to crime (7).

Some claimed Blacks had the nature "of wild animals...most of them go naked...the child does not know his father, and they eat people" ( 8 ).

Another claimed they had a natural sense of rhythm so that if a Black "were to fall from heaven to earth he would beat time as he goes down" ( 8 ).

Orientals are a "model minority." They have fewer divorces, fewer out-of-wedlock births, and fewer reports of child abuse than Whites. More Orientals graduate from college and fewer go to prison (10).

Orientals are the least sexually active, whether measured by age of first intercourse, intercourse frequency, or number of sexual partners. Blacks are the most active on all of these. Once again Whites are in between (10).

Orientals are more K-selected than Whites, while Whites are more K-selected than Blacks. Highly K-selected women produce fewer eggs (and have bigger brains) than r-selected women. Highly K-selected men invest time and energy in their children rather than the pursuit of sexual thrills. They are "dads" rather than "cads" (12).

Because intelligence increased the chances of survival in harsh winter environments, the groups that left Africa had to evolve greater intelligence and family stability. This called for larger brains, slower growth rates, lower hormone levels, less sexual potency, less aggression, and less impulsivity. Advanced planning, self-control, rule-following, and longevity all increased in the non-Africans (12).

Studies find that Blacks are more aggressive and outgoing than Whites, while Whites are more aggressive and outgoing than Orientals.

Black rates of drug and alcohol abuse are higher (15).

A study carried out in French-speaking Quebec looked at 825 four- to six-year-olds from 66 countries. The immigrant children were rated by 50 teachers in preschool classes. The teachers found more adjustment and less hostility among Oriental children than among White children, but they also saw more adjustment and less hostility among White children than among Black children (15).


Racial differences in personality are found using tests such as the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire and Cattell's Sixteen Personality Factor Questionnaire. Orientals everywhere are less aggressive, dominant, and impulsive than Whites and Whites are less so than Blacks. Orientals are more cautious than either Whites or Blacks (15-16).

There are important race differences in time-orientation and motivation. One study asked Black children in the Caribbean to choose between a small candy bar now and a larger bar a week later. Most chose the small one now. A focus on the present moment as opposed to delayed gratification is a major theme in the research on Black psychology (16).

East Asian countries like Japan and Singapore have lower death rates than European countries. European countries have lower death rates than African and Black Caribbean countries. But, the pattern for suicide is reversed (16).

Orientals are the most willing to delay gratification (17).

Racial differences are found in sexual permissiveness, thinking about sex, and even in levels of sex guilt. In one study, three generations of Japanese Americans and Japanese students in Japan had less interest in sex than European students. Yet each generation of Japanese Americans had more sex guilt than White Americans their age. In another study, British men and women said they had three times as many sexual fantasies as Japanese men and women. Orientals were the most likely to say that sex has a weakening effect. Blacks said they had casual intercourse more and felt less concern about it than whites did (18).

In the 19th century, the famous neurologist Paul Broca found that Orientals had larger and heavier brains than did Whites, while Whites had larger and heavier brains than did Blacks. Broca also found that White brains had more surface folding than Black brains. (The more folded the surface of the brain, the more brain cells it can contain.) White brains also had larger frontal lobes which are used in self control and planning (25).


The Minnesota Transracial Adoption Study also showed that there are race differences in personality. Black 17-year-olds were more active and more disruptive than White 17-year-olds. Korean children raised in White American families were quieter and less active than White children (31).

With higher testosterone levels, Blacks are more likely to put time and energy into having offspring. On the other hand, Asians and Whites with lower testosterone levels put more time and energy into caring for a few offspring and making long term plans (38).

Making special tools, fires, clothing and shelters called for higher intelligence. Moving "Out of Africa" meant moving into a K-type life-history strategy. That meant higher IQ, larger brains, slower growth, and lower hormone levels. It also meant lower levels of sexuality, aggression, and impulsive behavior. More family stability, advanced planning, self-control, rule-following, and longevity were needed (41).
