US self-defence expert banned from entering UK

Tim Larkin tried to board a plane from his home in Las Vegas on Tuesday, but was given a UK Border Agency letter saying "his presence here was not conducive to the public good".

Mr Larkin, who was due to host seminars, told the BBC the move was a "gross over-reaction".

The Home Office said he was subject to an exclusion order.

A spokeswoman said: "The home secretary will seek to exclude an individual if she considers that his or her presence in the UK is not conducive to the public good."

Mr Larkin - who trained as a US Navy Seal - runs a company teaching combat to military and law enforcement clients in the United States.

Jos joku sattuisi jotain kysymään niin väittää syntyneensä vuonna 2000 liberiassa, edustavansa seksuaalista vähemmistöä ja asuneensa afganistanissa jossa kääntyi muslimiksi. Mielenkiintoista on, että leikkipaikka on tarkoitettu vain ulkomaalaisille ja sen tarkoitus on edistää integratiota.

Toinen mielenkiintoinen asia on, että tapaukseen on otettu kantaa jopa ministeritasolla. Ministerin mukaan kysymyksessä on rasimi ja leikkipaikkaa uhkaa julkistentukien menettäminen.

Tosin ihmisoikeuskomission edustajan mukaan syrjintä on jossain tilanteissa perusteltua.

Two British mothers have been banned from a publicly funded women's group and creche because it was set up exclusively for foreigners.

Emma Knightley and Kimberley Wildman thought the group would be the ideal way for them and their children to make friends.

Vuonna 2001 Britannian poliittiset puolueet sopivat, etteivät sanoisi mitään mikä nostattaisi rotu- tai uskonnollista vihaa, tai johtaisi ennakkoluuloihin rodun, kansallisuuden tai uskonnollisuuden takia ("stir up racial or religious hatred, or lead to prejudice on grounds of race, nationality or religion"). Tätä sopimusta onkin sitten noudatettu tunnollisesti.

Toukokuun lopulla lontoolainen tuomioistuin tuomitsi Jacqueline Woodhouse-nimisen 42-vuotiaan sihteerin 21 viikoksi vankilaan. Woodhousen rikos oli Lontoon metrossa suun täydeltä tullut suurelta osin kirosanoista koostunut vuodatus maahanmuutosta, monikultturismistä ja brittiläisen kulttuurin häviämisestä.

Kännistä öyhötystä, monien (minunkin) mielestä vastenmielistä, muttei erityisen aggressiivista öyhötykseksi. Samanlaista kuulee joskus Suomessakin, joskin eri aiheista.

Seuraavassa otteita Woodhousen öyhötyksestä:

Ei käynyt kenenkään kimppuun, 21 viikkoa. Tuomari puhui "syvästä häpeäntunteesta" jonka Woodhousen esitys herätti, koska "kansalaisemme voivat tämän seurauksena uskoa että tämä salaa edustaa muiden valkoisten ihmisten näkemyksiä." Juttlasta oikeus puhui Woodhousen "uhrina". No, Britanniassa taitaa olla kovat lait.

Mutta katsotaanpa paria muuta Lontoossa vastikään annettua tuomiota.

Muutama kuukausi sitten toinen lontoolainen tuomari vapautti neljä somalinaista jotka olivat hyökänneet Rhea Page-nimisen valkoisen naisen ja hänen poikaystävänsä kimppuun huutaen "Kill the white slag" ja muita valkoisten vastaisia lauseita. He hakkasivat naisen maahan ja sen jälkeen potkivat häntä päähän, selkään, käsiin ja jalkoihin sekä repivät häneltä hiustupon. Kaikesta päättäen Page ei ollut tehnyt mitään provosoidakseen hyökkäystä. Tuomari oli armeliaalla tuulella koska muslimeina naiset eivät olleet tottuneita olemaan humalassa.

Samalla viikolla Woodhousen tuomion kanssa annettiin myös seuraava tuomio. Kolme mustaa tyttöä, 17-, 18- ja 19-vuotiaat, olivat hyökänneet raakalaismaisesti kahden valkoisen naisen, Daniela Holischeckin ja Birgit Habersetzerin (sihteereitä molemmat) kimppuun. Syynä oli että Holischeck oli kutsunut tyttöjä idiooteiksi kun yksi tytöistä oli lyönyt pizzalaatikon hänen käsistään maahan valkoisten kulkiessa tyttöjen ohi. Holischeck vedettiin hiuksista maahan ja häntä alettiin potkia ja lyödä. Myös Habersetzeriä pahoinpideltiin. Holischeck vietti seuraavan yön päivystyspoliklinikalla ja seuraavat kaksi viikkoa sairaslomalla; oman kertomuksensa mukaan hän ei päässyt viikkoon ylös sängystä selkäkivun vuoksi. 18- ja 19-vuotiaat saivat 24 ja 27 tuntia yhdyskuntapalvelua ja yhteensä 300 punnan vahingonkorvaukset maksettavakseen; tuomarin mukaan he eivät tienneet mitä tekivät tuona yönä koska olivat "fueled by alcohol".

Tuntemattomiin kohdistuneista raaoista pahoinpitelyistä (maassa makaavaa potkitaan päähän) vapautus tai yhdyskuntapalvelua, ajatusrikoksesta 21 viikkoa vankilaa. Pahoinpitelyissä humalatila lasketaan lieventäväksi asianhaaraksi mutta suunsoitossa ei. Mutta voisiko Woodhousen kohdalla puhua lieventävänä asianhaarana humalatilan lisäksi myös tietämättömyydestä? Seuraavassa vielä pätkä keskustelua:

Woodhouse: "Why should you open your gob and I can't open mine?"

Juttla: "Because you questioned me first." (tosin videolta ilmenee että tämä ei ole totta; Juttla aloitti kyselyn kysymällä Woodhousen nimeä)

Woodhouse: "I'm sorry. Not one rule for you and one rule for me."

Miten niin ei yhtä sääntöä Juttlalle ja toista Woodhouselle? Selvästihän Britanniassa on nykyään kantaväestölle yhdet säännöt ja maahanmuuttajille toiset.

Britanniassa taitaa käydä niin että kun vakiintuneet virkamies- ja poliitikkoporukat toimivat täysin kansalaisten edun, identiteetin, kansallistunteen ja oikeustajun vastaisella tavalla niin sekä kansalaiset että toimeenpanoportaan virkamiehet alkavat pikkuhiljaa noudattaa henkilökohtaista oikeustajuaan ja erilaisten suoraan toimintaan valmiiden ääriliikkeiden suosio kasvaa räjähdysmäisesti.

En usko että suora toiminta lisääntyy mitenkään vauhdilla. Ensinnäkin valtamedia tietenkin leimaisi tuollaiset kantaväestön etua ajavat ääriliikkeet äärioikeistolaisiksi riippumatta niiden aatteellisesta taustasta, ja sen jälkeen ne olisikin helppo demonisoida. Britit ovat vielä riippuvaisempia valtamediastaan kuin me suomalaiset - esimerkiksi töllöä toljotetaan siellä muistaakseni vielä enemmän kuin Suomessa - joten minkään kantaväestön etua ajavan liikkeen on todella vaikea nousta marginaalista. Toiseksi kantaväestön kohdalla tuollaisen tartuttaisiin suuremmalla vakavuudella kuin maahanmuuttajien, koska poliittiset paineet sellaisten ääriliikkeiden tukahduttamiseen olisivat niin suuret. Kolmanneksi Briteissä ei käsittääkseni ole valmiita yhteisöllisiä rakenteita, joista tuollaiset liikkeet - oli niissä suoraa toimintaa tai ei - voisivat kasvaa.

Toki on olemassa myös syitä jotka lisäävät ääriliikkeiden suosiota. Yksi on tuo kantaväestön eriarvoinen asema lain edessä. Toinen on tulijoiden kantaväestöön kohdistama syrjintä. Jos ääriliikehdinnälle otollisia yhteisörakenteita olisi olemassa, nämä seikat tietenkin galvanoisivat niitä. Voivat ne nytkin jonkinlaista levottomuutta tuottaa.

Rachida Sobhi syyttää poliisia syrjinnästä. Nainen oli hakenut töihin poliisille, mutta hakemus oli hylätty rikollisen taustansa takia. Nyt nainen syyttää poliisi syrjinnästä vedoten potemaansa amnesiaan (muistinmenetykseen). Lisäksi muistinmeneteys on rajautunut ainoastaan hänen rikolliseen menneisyyteensä - ei mihinkään muuhun.

A woman who failed to reveal she was  a convicted thief when she applied to become a police constable is suing Scotland Yard for discrimination.

Rachida Sobhi's bid to become a WPC was turned down when background checks revealed she had a criminal record for stealing from a previous employer. But she has launched legal action against the force, claiming that she has amnesia that caused her to forget her crime – but no other aspect of her life.

It is believed that Ms Sobhi is the first person with amnesia to have been declared disabled for the purposes of an employment tribunal.

Astonishingly, her claim has been backed by a renowned psychiatrist – but the Metropolitan
Police is 'vigorously' contesting  her case, arguing that her condition is irrelevant as she would not be allowed to become a constable with her criminal record in any case.

The case, which has been described as 'bizarre', has raised fresh concerns about the compensation culture in the police. Earlier this year The Mail on Sunday revealed that PC Kelly Jones was suing a petrol station owner because she tripped over his kerb while investigating a possible break-in.

My crime? Teaching an 'inappropriate' military subject, the Roman Army. I even showed the museum's own leaflet advertising the events, saying 'Learn about the Roman Army from one of UK's leading experts'.

Did no good. I got the sack.


I hold two degrees in the subject, a doctorate, and have appeared on TV and film as a scholar and commentator. Even that did not protect me.

I also got into trouble because when asked by a Moslem school pupil, 'Why were Moslems not in the Roman Army?' I replied 'because Islam came into existence 500 years after the period' I was talking about. My Archaeological Society received a letter stating I had made a racist comment. These events rook place some years ago but now it is all too commonplace. And people simply put up with it.

Siis tohtori luennoi museossa Rooman armeijasta. Muslimikoululainen kysyi, miksi Rooman armeijassa ei ollut muslimeja. Luennoitsija vastasi, että islam syntyi vasta 500 vuotta luennon aiheena olleen ajanjakson jälkeen. Tohtorin edustama arkeologinen seura sai valituskirjeen, jonka mukaan vastaus oli rasistinen.

This reminds me of the time Steven Spielberg was called a racist for accurately portraying the Normandy landing, and not having any black soldiers there. Even though that was historically accurate, it didn't prevent malcontents from saying that it didn't matter, he should have put them in the film anyway.

Spielbergia kutsuttiin rasistiksi, koska hän teki filmikohtauksen Normandian maihinnoususta historiallisesti oikein eli ilman mustia sotilaita.  Vetoaminen historiallisiin tosiseikkoihin ei auttanut, vaan valittajien mukaan filmiin olisi pitänyt laittaa silti mustia sotilaita.

Emma West Sentenced at Croydon Crown Court

Not much time so just a quick article to let you all know that Emma West's nightmare at the hands of the State was brought to an end today.  After nearly 2 years of abuse from the corrupt British government and the media, Croydon Crown Court finally sentenced the worn down Emma West.

Emma 34, of New Addington had recently changed her plea from 'not guilty' to 'guilty' admitting the charge of 'racially-aggravated disorderly behaviour likely to cause harassment or distress' and was bound over to keep the peace and handed a 24-month community order by the Judge.

Emma was bound over to keep the peace and be of good behaviour for 12 months and to not engage in offensive or disorderly behaviour on public transport, or face paying a £100 fine in relation to the tram rant.

Emma was also sentenced for assaulting her partner Ricky Metson with an ornamental knife and assaulting a police officer – for which she was given a community order for 24 months with two requirements.

One is a supervision requirement for that period under probation and the other is a mental health treatment requirement under her current consultant psychiatrist.

The court heard how she was mentally ill when committing 'her crime', had overdosed on anti-depressants and drank a large glass of wine before her 'outburst' - which no doubt subliminally says that it was her 'mental illness' and 'overdose' that caused her to tell the truth about immigration and how London has been culturally and racially destroyed by the illegal importation of millions of third world immigrants.

A judge said that 'West was clearly suffering from mental health problems at the time of the outburst'.

She received a mental health treatment order for assaulting a constable in a separate incident.

The court heard she was 'reeking of alcohol' when she carried out the 'verbal attack'.

Prosecutor Julius Capon said: "She in essence persecuted a number of passengers on the tram, subjecting them to some disgusting racial abuse."

The things she said included "you're not English", "none of you are English" and "get back to your own countries".

Mr Capon said many of the passengers were "upset" by West's behaviour.

"Some of them described themselves as being disgusted, shocked and horrified," he said.

David Martin-Sperry, defending Emma, said the defendant's offending was out of character, she was taking anti-depressants and she does not harbour any racist views.

Mr Martin-Sperry said she had unwittingly taken two and a half times the recommended dose and drunk a large glass of wine before launching the tirade.

So there you have it - Emma's not a racist, she only said what she said due to drink and drugs and really likes immigrants.

Now why don't I believe a word of that........

Islamic extremists threaten to stab fellow inmates who eat pork in front of them at one of Britain's toughest jails, a prisoner has claimed.
The 'long serving prisoner' at HMP Long Lartin said cooking pork at the communal kitchen is 'deemed dangerous, even a threat to your life'.
The anonymous man made the claims in a letter to prisoners' magazine Inside Time.

He claims inmates at the jail are being radicalised but the issue is not being addressed by prison bosses.
'Terror' preacher Abu Hamza and radical cleric Abu Qatada have both been held at the prison.

The inmate wrote: 'The kitchen is usually occupied by 90 per cent Muslims and we have been told if we cook pork we will be stabbed. There have been incidents here where people have been targeted and pressured and bullied into converting to Islam.
'Young Muslim men are being radicalised in here and one day they may commit acts of terrorism in this country.
'There seems to be nothing being done here to stop it and people are scared to speak out.'
The man also claimed Muslim inmates celebrated the murder of Drummer Lee Rigby at the Category A prison.


The young soldier was stabbed to death in the street in broad daylight as he returned to Woolwich Barracks on May 22.
The prisoner said when the news was broadcast on television some Muslim prisoners praised the murder.
He wrote: 'What I have come to realise in this prison is that these extremist views are not frowned on by other Muslims.'
Long Lartin in Worcestershire is a maximum security prison where some of Britain is most notorious inmates have been held, including serial killer Jeremy Bamber, who murdered five members of his family, and Mark Dixie, who murdered and raped model Sally Ann Bowman in 2005.

A Ministry of Justice spokesperson said: 'The Government takes a zero tolerance approach in tackling radicalisation and bullying in our prisons.

'All high security prisons have dedicated counter-terrorism units, who work in partnership with the Police and security services to root out extremism.

'We also have a team of Muslim chaplains across the estate who work with prisoners to prevent radicalisation.
'We already take steps to isolate those who seek to radicalise others, and this Government is planning further action to make sure that no prisoner is allowed to promote extremist ideology.'

Police won't hand stolen caravan back to couple to protect human rights of the travellers living in it

A couple whose £30,000 caravan was stolen have been told a traveller family now living in it cannot be removed because it would breach their human rights.
Kathleen McClelland and her partner Michael Curry spent their life savings on the top-of-the-range camper and were devastated when it vanished from the secure site where they kept it.
When police eventually found the 26ft-long Bailey Louisiana caravan 18 months later, its owners were told a traveller couple and their two young children were living in it only ten miles from their home in Surrey.
Their initial relief turned to outrage, however, when the police said they had 'no lawful powers' to get it back.
They were told their only option was to begin costly civil proceedings against the family, which they say they cannot afford.
Mrs McClelland and Mr Curry had spent £10,000 improving the £20,000 caravan, including putting in a widescreen TV. They bought the vehicle on hire purchase – and still have to make monthly payments of £250 for the next two years.
Hospital ward clerk Mrs McClelland, 68, said: 'Why should we have to pay for someone else to live in our brand new caravan? That was for our pleasure in our older years.
'The police said that removing the family would breach their human rights and that they would have to be rehoused before it could be seized. We spent all our retirement money on that caravan because we thought it would last us a lifetime. We're absolutely devastated. It seems as though no one cares about our human rights.

I've worked all my life and saved up, surely I have the right to enjoy my retirement? When that caravan was stolen, our right to a happy retirement was stolen.'
The couple, who live in a semi-detached home in Tongham, Surrey, were in between insurance policies at the time of the theft in 2011 so were not covered for a payout.


In an apologetic letter, PC Karen East of Hampshire Constabulary told them the matter was out of the force's hands. It read: 'Unfortunately it has transpired that we have no lawful power to recover the caravan. It will be the responsibility of you as the owner to start civil proceedings against the current occupier.'
The letter added: 'I sincerely apologise for this decision and I am sure that you feel the onus has been put back to you but my hands have been tied due to police powers.'
Last September police located and identified the caravan in Hook, Hampshire, after interviewing a suspect for an unrelated offence. But because officers did not have evidence that the current occupier knew the caravan was stolen when he allegedly purchased it, he could not be prosecuted and the force said it was unable to seize it.
Mr Curry, 53, who gave up his job as an HGV driver after being diagnosed with diabetes, said the police refused to reveal the caravan's exact location.
'I just cannot comprehend it,' he said. 'If I was stopped by the police and it turned out my car, which I had brought in good faith, was stolen, it would be confiscated and I would lose my money.'
Mr Curry said they bought the caravan in 2007 and would use it for family weekends away in Cornwall, Cumbria, Scotland and the south coast. It was stolen from a secure storage site in Crookham, Hampshire, after thieves disabled the alarm and cut through a wheel clamp and lock.


When the caravan was eventually found the couple were asked to provide proof of ownership, a logbook and photos.
They learned that the family found living in the caravan had taken it all over the country before temporarily settling down ten miles away from them.
Mr Curry said: 'Apparently they had a receipt for it and had paid a guy £300 in a pub for it.
'They had no proof apart from a handwritten note on a scrap of paper, while we had everything proving it was ours. If they wanted a caravan, why not save up for it like we did?
'I have lost all faith in the police. It seems that they have completely let us down and turned their backs on us.'
A Hampshire Police spokesman said: 'A 22-year-old man from Hook was arrested and interviewed on suspicion of theft, however there was insufficient evidence to prove he had been involved in the theft, or would have known the caravan was stolen when he bought it. He was released with no further action.
'We have no police powers to seize the caravan and have advised the owners to seek civil action in order to recover it.'

For over a week now, astonished reaction has been building to the decision of Universities UK to recommend the segregation of men and women on campuses.

No court has ruled that religious extremists are entitled to push women to one side and men to another. Nicola Dandridge, the chief executive of Universities UK, tells me that she is following legal advice. This does not alter the fact that Universities UK is taking a momentous step, which goes against 150 years of struggle for women's emancipation, without judicial authority.

Islamic Education and Research Academy, chairman Abdurraheem Gree, is of course delighted by Universities UK's decision. He made a business case for appealing to cash-carrying foreign students by extending segregation.

    'With a growing number of Muslim countries seeing a revival in adherence to normative Islamic practices, the idea of being forced to sit with people of the opposite sex and observing the adoption of anti-Islamic policies by British Universities might well lead many to avoid choosing this country to further their education.'

Why not go further? Why not segregate all lectures at universities? Or as I said to Dandridge why not segregate by race?

Well she replied, Universities UK cannot recommend racial segregation because Parliament has banned it – wisely it now seems.

What about speakers insisting that homosexuals sit on one side of a hall and heterosexuals on another?

Dandridge appeared to find that notion genuinely discomforting. She did not want to see gays singled out, she said. Not in the least.

'What's your problem with women, then?' I asked. 'Why should they come last?'

'Because,' she replied, 'gender difference is visible.'

Sarja porukkaan mukaan otetuista historiallisista, valkoisista kiintiözuluista olisi varmasti poliittisesti korrektien tahojen mieleen. Tai no, en tiedä. Kai se jotenkin rasistinen olisi. Yliopistoja kehotetaan varmistamaan, että yliopistolla puhujien toiveiden mukaan naiset ja miehet erotetaan toisistaan, koska muu olisi "uskonnollisen ryhmän sananvapauden laitonta estämistä". Siitä kuitenkin pidetään kiinni, ettei naisia saa eristää takapenkeille, koska sieltä on huonompi näkyvyys ja se "saattaisi toisen osapuolen huonompaan asemaan", joten jako on tehtävä salin eri laidoille.

Ongelmana mainitaan, että tällainen segregaatio saattaa puolestaan olla kuulijoiden uskomusjärjestelmän vastainen (esimerkkinä mainitaan feminismi), mutta että tällaisten uskomusten lainsuoja on epäselvä, koska siitä ei ole oikeudenpäätöstä, ja epäsuora syrjintä on muutenkin objektiivisesti hyväksyttävissä, kunhan sillä pyritään oikeasuhtaisesti hyväksyttävin keinoin legitiimiin tavoitteeseen, eli tässä tapauksessa uskonnollisten fundamentalistien sananvapauden varmistamiseen.

En pidä ongelmana Islamin (tai vastaavan ylikonservatiivisen kulttuurin) ja feminismin ajamista vastakkain. Se vain tuo ilmi ilmiselvän, että ne eivät ole yhteensopivia. Jos sen vielä saa tuotua esille heidän omilla ehdoillaan niin sen tehokkaampaa.

Seurauksena Englantilaiset eivät sitten käyttäneet varsijousia (crossbow), jotka huomattavasti helpompia käyttää kuin pitkäjouset... joten sittenpähän harjoittelivat.

Koulittu long-bow porukka hakkasi cross-bow porukan. Tietenkin kouluttamaton porukka tarvitsisi cross-bowta, koska long bowta ei osaa käyttää.... Molempia tarvittiin.

Yksi seikka Rikhard II:ssa tosin pisti silmään: 1300-luvun Englannissa tuskin oli kovin paljon Idi Aminin näköisiä kirkonmiehiä...
