Vastaanottokykyä suurempi massamaahanmuuto ei näytä onnistuvan missään päin maailmaa ja se kirvoittaa ihmisiä ottamaan kantaa.

Toisaalla maahanmuuttopolitiikan onnistumista arvioivaa keskustelua pidetään osana normaalia demokraattista prosessia, ja toisaalla sitä säädellään ammattiloukkaantujien mutuilun loukkaantumisherkkyyden perusteella.

Send him back to where he immigrated from. There's no place in Canada for fanatic, whether they be Al-Qeda affiliated, Tamil Tigers or others seeking some sort of glory.

If these people are so brave and loyal and fanatical about their causes, they should stay in their homeland and fight rather despoiling a great country like Canada.

While we're at it, Canada should implement a policy of one passport -either you're Canadian or you're not.

Outrageous. This man chose to come to Canada as an immigrant, received money through welfare from Canadian taxpayers to feed his family and then figured that in return for this treatment he would wreak havoc, fear and murder against us!? I just don't understand the logic of these people. 24 years is not punishment enough. I don't believe in the death penalty, but this man should never walk free again.

We can thank our government for the lax immigration laws that have permitted terrorism to gain a foothold. You might call our government an accessory after the fact.

If the liberals win the next election, we will be flooded with immigrants who don't belong here and we will be all at risk. (Immigrants we don't need in the first place, as we have enough citizens unemployed and on welfare.)

During the cold war, they would not dream of bringing communists here, so why are they so lenient with Islam? I know, there are always good people who would be excluded from coming here, however, you don't see these good Islamists condemning the bad ones, ever.

The problem is that by now no Islamists can be trusted because their religion is clearly against Western values and culture. This is just not safe.

Isis on nyt nostanut pinnalle muslimit mutta reaktiot tuntuvatkin olevan heiltä päinvastaisia. Se että muslimit selvästi nousisivat tätä järjestöä vastaan tuntuu olevan kuitenkin uhriutuminen päällimmäisenä ajatuksena.

Kommentit yleisöltä valaisevat kyllä tehokkaasti mitä tavallinen kansa näistä ajattelee.

Olisiko muslimeilla syytä katsoa peiliin että miksi heitä aina leimataan? Uskonto on ihmisen vapaa valinta eikä sen varjolla saisi asettaa muille vaatimuksia.

Kun näitä sitten muuttaa entistä suurempia määriä niin samassa suhteessa ongelmat vain paisuvat ja se on hyvin nähtävissä yleisön kommenteissa.

Tämä ehkä kertoo enemmänkin eli muslimien EI pidä tuntea velvollisuutta puhuakseen isiksen tekoja vastaan tai tuomita niitä (toivottavasi tuli oikein tämä jutun ajatus puettua tuohon lauseeseen).

En usko että tällaiset auttaa maahanmuuttoon liittyvien ongelmien ratkaisussa jos ei edes nähdä missä ja mistä ne johtuvat.
