Eiköhän kaikki kehitysmaiden mamuihin satsattu opetus ole hukkaan heitettyä opetuskielestä riippumatta. Sosiaalitukien väärinkäytön oppii muutenkin, ryöstely- ja raiskaamisvimma tulee verenperintönä.
