2018-02-16 Ruotsi: Afgaani tuomittiin murhasta 1 v 10 kk nuorisohoitoon

Helsingborgin käräjäoikeus on tuominnut Ruotsiin "yksintulleena pakolaislapsena" saapuneen afgaanin murhasta vuoden ja 10 kuukauden mittaiseen suljettuun nuorisohoitoon. Murha tapahtui syyskuussa 2017 ängelholmilaisella Friskis & Svettis -kuntosalilla. Veitsellä surmattu uhri oli toinen afganistanilainen mies.

Murhasta tuomittu oli oman ilmoituksensa mukaan 15-vuotias rikoksen tapahtuessa, mutta ikätestiä hänelle ei ole tehty. Tuomion suorittamisen jälkeen hänet on tarkoitus karkottaa Ruotsista.

Tätähän voisi pitää jonkinlaisena osoituksena rasismista, että afgaanin murhaamisesta selviää alle 2 vuoden nuorisohoidolla. Tosin, en tiedä, että olisiko rangaistus ollut sen pidempi, vaikka uhri ei olisikaan ollut afgaani.
