Une quatrième personne, de nationalité française, a quant à elle été retrouvée en état de choc.

Le suspect inconnu des services de renseignement

Le conducteur, âgé de 28 ans, été arrêté sur place sans opposer de résistance. D'après une source policière interrogée par L'Express, il a été identifié comme étant Abdellah B., un homme au profil de déséquilibré. Il était recherché par les services de police pour des faits de droit commun, selon une autre source policière. Il n'était pas fiché S pour radicalisation et était inconnu des services de renseignement. Il aurait été incarcéré par le passé pour des affaires de stupéfiants.

"Lors de son interpellation, il a dit aux policiers: 'Je suis en mission'", confie l'une de nos sources. Le parquet de Toulouse précise par ailleurs qu'il a indiqué avoir projeté son passage à l'acte "depuis un mois".

"Ce qui domine, c'est le profil psychiatrique de l'individu", a estimé le procureur de Toulouse, Pierre-Yves Couilleau, au micro de BFMTV, écartant, pour l'heure, la piste terroriste. Le suspect était en effet suivi par un juge d'application des peines dans le cadre d'une condamnation avec sursis et mise à l'épreuve. L'homme était visé par une obligation de soins "en raison de troubles anciens ayant nécessité des hospitalisations en milieu psychiatriques à plusieurs reprises". Selon nos informations, des ordonnances médicales ont été retrouvées à son domicile.

Les investigations ont été confiées au Service régional de la police judiciaire (SRPJ) de Toulouse. Sur Twitter, le ministre de l'Intérieur Gérard Collomb a apporté "son soutien aux jeunes blessés à Blagnac".
