Putin on myös rakentanut oman kuolontähden. Tällä hetkellä se tosin on piilossa kuun takana vielä hänen 40 miljardin euron omaisuuden kanssa. Ilmankos niitä rahoja ei ole näkynytkään täällä missään.

Tämä on merkittävä seuraus mm Venäjän armeijan kenraalikuntaa kohdanneesta sydänkohtausten aallosta. Venäjällä on siis useiden päällekkäin ja rinnakkain toimivien organisaatioiden verkosto. Jopa öljy- ja kaasyhtiöllä on oma armeija. Suomessa ei ole mitään. Maamme on kirjaimellisesti avattu ylikäveltäväksi.

Suomi tarvitsee suojeluskunnan mitä pikimmiten.

Kansalliskaartin Suomi tarvitsee, mutta en ymmärrä yhteyttä.
Putinin puolen miljoonan miehen valhtoon kenraaleilta itselle on yksi hevonpaska, se pelittää ainoastaan sisämarkkinoilla.
Putin selvästi pelkää jo omiaan.

Muuten tuollaiset erikoisjoukot kyllä sopisi erittäin hyvin Suomessakin vartioimaan maan rajoja ulkoiselta tunkeutumiselta.

Rajavartiolaitoksen valmius on yllättävän vahva - rajajoukot jopa saavat mennä Ahvenanmaalle. Presidentti pystyy ääritilanteessa käskemään kolme vartijaa rajakilometrille kolmeen vuoroon, jos tilanne itärajalla muuttuu kriittiseksi.Jos maastoraja alkaa vuotaa vaarallisesti, Suomella on heittää varsin nopeasti jopa yli 10 000 reserviläistä patoamaan maahanpyrkijöiden tulvaa, viranomaislähde kertoi Iltalehdelle perjantaina.

Tällä vahtimäärällä Suomi teoriassa pystyisi miehittämään itärajan siten, että jokaisella rajakilometrillä olisi kolme vartijaa kolmeen vuoroon. Tositilanteessa näin leveää rajamurtumaa tuskin kumminkaan syntyisi.


Sotilasorganisaatio

Suomen rajavartiolaitos on sotilaallinen organisaatio, ja sellaisena yksi Euroopan viimeisistä. Moni Euroopan maa on muuttanut rajavartiolaitoksensa poliisiorganisaatioksi eli ne keskittyvät vain Schengen-valvontaan. Näin ovat tehneet muun muassa Viro ja Norja.

Sotilasorganisaationa rajavartiolaitoksen palveluksessa olevilla noin 2 500 virkamiehellä on siirtovelvollisuus eli heidän on mentävä minne käsketään. Siirtovelvollisuuden vuoksi rajavartiolaitos voi määrätä palkattua henkilökuntaansa nopeasti painopistealueelle eli sinne missä akuutisti tarvitaan virkavoimaa.

Näin tapahtui muun muassa kun Suomi perusti vastaanottokeskuksen Tornioon. Keskuksen työntekijät määrättiin Kainuusta ja Kaakonkulmalta.

Laitos voi lisäksi määrätä rajavartiolaitoksen koulutusyksiköissä palvelevat varusmiehet avustamaan. Tällaisia varusmiehiä on 450.


Tositoimissa 2012

Rajavartiolaitoksella on erityiskoulutetut ja -varustetut valmiusjoukot, jotka saadaan äkkiä paikalle minne tahansa. Valmiusjoukot perustettiin vuonna 1992 Esko Ahon (kesk) hallituksen huolestuttua Neuvostoliiton kaatumisen jälkeisistä riskeistä.
Iltalehti sai perjantaina vahvistuksen, että reservin rajajoukot ovat olemassa yhä edelleen. Joukkojen vahvuus on nykyisin "yli kymmenentuhatta" rajavartiolaitoksen tiedustelu- ja sissikoulutuksen saanutta reserviläistä.

Suomi voi kutsua nämä joukot vahventamaan rajavartiolaitosta myös silloin, kun puolustusvoimilla ei ole lakiin perustuvaa toimivaltuutta.Rajajoukkojen mobilisointi ei nimittäin edellytä liikekannallepanoa tai sellaista sotaa ennakoivaa tilaa, jolloin asevelvolliset kutsutaan niin kutsuttuihin ylimääräisiin harjoituksiin. Rajajoukot saadaan kasaan kynänvedolla. Tasavallan presidentti antaa sotilaskäskyn esimerkiksi tuhannen reserviläisen kutsumisesta rajavartiolaitoksen kertausharjoituksiin.
Tähän päätökseen riittää sisäisen turvallisuuden järkkyminen eli esimerkiksi maarajan vuotaminen. Rajajoukkoja käytetään muun muassa maahanpyrkijöiden rekisteröintiin ja heidän kokoamiseen leireihin.

Mikä erikoista, Suomi voi siirtää rajajoukot jopa Ahvenanmaalle. Koska rajajoukot eivät ole sotajoukkoja vaan sisäisen turvallisuuden joukkoja, ne eivät riko Ahvenanmaan demilitarisointia koskevia kansainvälisiä sopimuksia.
Rajavartiolaitoksella on lisäksi erittäin laajat, puolustusvoimien sotilasyksiköitä isommat toimivaltuudet. Näihin valtuuksiin kuuluu poliisille tuttuja pakkokeinoja ja tutkintavaltuuksia.

[Vaniljaihminen]

Commodore 64:ssa oli sellainen peli kuin Diktaattori. Siinä johdettiin maata ja siinä sai muun muassa lisätä valtion rahoja Sveitsissä olevalle tilille sekä ostaa pakohelikopteri.

Sitten kun pelissä tuli vallankumous sai lähteä helikopterilla karkuun ja kone soitti kaukaisuuteen katovan helikopterin ääntä muistuttavaa ääntä. Tosin joskus tulikin viesti "pakohelikopteri ei lähde käyntiin" ja silloin ääniefekti muistutti yskivän moottorin ääntä.

Kiellettäisiinköhän tämä peli nyky-Venäjällä?
