BBC: Unkari palkkaa 3000 "rajametsästäjää": varustetaan aseilla ja käsiraudoilla

Unkarin poliisi etsii 3 000:tta "rajametsästäjää" vahvistamaan rajoja vartioivia joukkoja, kertoo BBC. Nyt rajoja vartioi parhaimmillaan 10 000 poliisia ja sotilasta.

Unkarin pyrkimyksenä on pitää pakolaiset rajojensa ulkopuolella. Unkarin ja Serbian väliselle rajalle saapuu alle 200 pakolaista päivässä.

BBC:n mukaan uudet vartijat aloittavat työnsä toukokuussa. He saavat kuuden kuukauden koulutuksen, ja heidät varustetaan esimerkiksi aseilla, pippurisumutteella ja käsiraudoilla.

Unkari on ottanut jo kovat otteet käyttöön estääkseen laittomat rajan ylitykset. Sillä välin Suomessa PS ei saa aikaiseksi edes rajavalvonnan palauttamista vuotavalle länsirajalle. 

Perussuomalaisten pitää puuttua hallituksessa maahanmuuttoviraston toimintaan ja tarvittaessa vaatia koko viraston siivoamista. Tässä maassa on ennenkin virastoja siivottu ja nyt on siivouksen paikka. Virasto on miehitetty demarit/vihreät/kommunistit-akselilla. Nyt virasto pitää vaikka purkaa ja koota uudelleen. Jos puolue ei saa hallituksessa mitään aikaan, niin silloin pitää lähteä hallituksesta, tai hajoittaa puolue.

Se että itseasiassa KAIKKI virastot on miehitetty mainitsemallasi henkilökunnalla johtuu ainoastaan siitä että suomalaiset on äänestuspäätöksillään vuosikymmeniä tukeneet tuota kehitystä. Suomalaiset ei vaan ole oppineet koulussa aivan perusasioita, joita jokaisen pitäisi tietää.

Lainaan tähän Eija-Riitta Korholan kirjoituksesta perustietoa joka jokaisen kansakoulun läpipäässeen pitäisi tietää:

Prime Minister Viktor Orbán has said that he does not rule out the possibility of being forced to face challenges this autumn similar to those of last year on the Balkans migration route. In Belgrade on Monday, after talks with Serbian prime minister Aleksandar Vučić, the Prime Minister said that "We must prepare for a difficult autumn".

He said that Hungary wishes to protect the results achieved in the last few years, and therefore will not accept any kind of illegality – including illegal entry into the territory of the country. "We shall prevent this with all means possible" he said.

The Prime Minister offered his Serbian counterpart cooperation because, he said, "we have a vested interest in ensuring that no one can enter the territory of Serbia illegally". As a result, he said, the security of Hungary will also increase.

He also said that he does not wish to do anything in the interest of the Hungarian people's security which may disadvantage Serbia. "It is not in our best interest that tens of thousands of migrants are stuck in Serbia while we protect Hungary's borders", he said.

The Serbian prime minister said that Budapest is providing assistance in protecting the Macedonian border, and that they will also extend this to the Bulgarian border. He pointed out that Serbia has sought to show solidarity with migrants, but the country is also unable to take in illegal immigrants. He stated that at the beginning of the migrant crisis those coming from the war-stricken regions were exclusively families. Now, however, 81 per cent of migrants are coming from Afghanistan, and are economic migrants. For the first time, he continued, migrants have caused trouble, engaged in fights and committed robberies. In addition to all this, providing food and shelter for migrants is an enormous expenditure. While the European Union is providing help, Serbia is still required to spend a considerable amount of money on the care of migrants.

Hungary could be hit by an even larger wave of migration than last year

"If the agreement between Turkey and the European Union isn't adhered to then an even larger wave of migration than last year could reach Hungary before winter sets in", the Prime Minister's Chief Advisor on Homeland Security György Bakondi said on Saturday in Székesfehérvár.

"Significant activity is being experienced along the various migration routes. The Greek islands are practically full of illegal immigrants in view of which they have begun transporting them over to the continent, which could increase pressure on the Serbian-Hungarian border", Mr. Bakondi highlighted prior to an event relating to the 2 October referendum.

The Chief Advisor emphasised that the Hungarians would be the first on the continent to voice their opinion on Europe's handling of the migration situation. "They will be able to state whether they would like to live together with large numbers of migrants sent here from the Brussels headquarters who have arrived with unknown intent and whether they wish to experience similar social changes as those recently seen in Belgium, France or Sweden", he said.

According to Mr. Bakondi, Europe is facing threats from several directions with the threat of mass illegal migration from the south; there are one million people in Libya alone waiting to get to Italy.

The Chief Advisor noted that Hungary is currently safe, there are very few migrants in the country and the number of migrants submitting asylum requests is perhaps a few hundred, but a responsible government must prepare for all unexpected situations, including the establishment of new migration routes. As examples, he cited the increased activity experienced at the triple border between Serbia, Romania and Hungary and the fact that increasing numbers of migrants are also arriving via Bulgaria.

Austria threatens to sue Hungary over refusal to take back refugees

The Austrian interior minister has threatened Hungary with "legal consequences" if it refuses to take back refugees under the Dublin Accord – the treaty which rules that migrants must be sent back to their initial point of entry to the EU.

The war of words between Austria and Hungary took a new turn on Wednesday, when Vienna accused Budapest of undermining the European refugee agreement and threatened to take the issue to court.

Hungary spans an area between Southern Europe – where hundreds of thousands of refugees and migrants entered the EU last year – and wealthier Central and Northern European states. It says it is unable to tackle the migrant influx alone and cannot serve as a transit country along the so-called Balkan route, declared closed earlier this year.

Austria, whose center-right government is locked in a struggle with the increasingly-popular far-right Freedom Party (FPO), has introduced an annual limit on the number of refugees and has made deportations of newcomers easier.

"In the main we have a European Dublin regime. The European Union is in charge of ... [the Dublin Accord] and states or groups of states that permanently break the law have to expect legal consequences," Austrian Interior Minister Wolfgang Sobotka told ORF radio on Wednesday.

Central and Eastern European countries, including Hungary, have opposed any attempts from Brussels to force states to take back migrants, specifically referring to the eventual introduction of new mandatory quotas which are seen as "solidarity measures."

"States or groups of states that permanently break the law have to expect legal consequences," Sobotka said, responding to a question on Hungary's refusal to take back refugees from Western European countries.

"In that case, the [Austrian] republic must sue. The republic must see that the European Union acts according to the law, full stop," he added. He did not specify, however, what judicial institution would be employed to file such a lawsuit against Hungary.

To date, Hungary has taken only four out of 7,200 returned migrants, according to Die Presse newspaper, citing sources in the Hungarian Interior Ministry.

A spokesman for the Hungarian government later denounced the Austrian interior minister's comments, saying that other EU countries failed to comply with the Dublin rules as well.

"Hungary cannot and will not take responsibility for, and suffer the consequences of, the irresponsible conduct of other member states – Austria, Germany – which expressly suggested ignoring the rules, or for other states – Greece – that neglected to do their job," the spokesman said in an emailed statement to Reuters.

According to previous reports, Hungary became so inundated by asylum applications in June 2015 that it stopped taking back refugees who had crossed the border to other EU countries and were detained there.

Earlier this year, Hungary erected a border fence to stem the flow of refugees and migrants from non-EU state Serbia, with the majority of them arriving from the Middle East and North Africa.

In the meantime, Austrian officials have issued a number of angry statements relating to Germany's 'open door policy,' seen by many in the EU as an incentive for refugees to come to Europe.

"Austria is not a waiting room for Germany," Defense Minister Hans Peter Doskozil said in late August. "The 'we can do it' policy is irresponsible," he added, referring to German Chancellor Angela Merkel's much-discussed statement of last summer.

Prime Minister Viktor Orbán receives Person of the Year award

At the 26th Economic Forum in Krynica, Poland, Prime Minister Viktor Orbán received the Person of the Year award, which is the event's most prestigious honour.

When receiving the award, Mr. Orbán said that if he had been asked, he could have suggested a number of excellent candidates for the award. He added that recent years have been great starting steps for Central Europe's awakening and renaissance, and that there are excellent colleagues in the Visegrád Group, any of whom could have been selected for the award.

Mr. Orbán stressed that the nations of Central Europe must protect their religious, national and historic identities, as these are not old pieces of clothing which in modern times can be taken off, but are protective armour which helps our survival and could make us successful. He added that the communities which will be successful are the ones which have strong identities. The Prime Minister said that we must protect our identity, otherwise "we will have no place under the sun".

We must be prepared for another wave of migrants

At a press conference in Eger on Tuesday afternoon, György Bakondi, Chief Security Advisor to the Prime Minister, said that the referendum on the migrant quota is the only vehicle for the people of Hungary to express their opinion on an issue of grave importance affecting their future. We must also be prepared, he said, for the possibility of another wave of migrants setting off towards Hungary.

According to Mr. Bakondi, Europe has been facing security policy challenges never witnessed before – including the civil war in Ukraine, Brexit and illegal and aggressive mass migration. He pointed out that last year some 400,000 migrants arriving from 104 different countries crossed Hungary. These numbers also prove the error of claiming that we are only talking about those fleeing from the Syrian civil war, he emphasised.

This year some 19,000 migrants have tried to cross Hungary illegally, while about 26,000 asylum requests – including some from last year – have been registered by Hungarian authorities.

Mr. Bakondi pointed out that Brussels' plans also involve the centralisation of asylum authority competences which are currently at national level. Hungary does not favour this idea, and takes the position that its culture, language, nationalities, jobs, health care, education and social welfare system must be preserved. We do not want others to tell us who we should live with, he said.

Speaking from migrant camps in Serbia last year, Syrians told Express Online there was "no way" they would apply for asylum in Serbia, despite having to wait months in squalid camps and rely on smugglers to get them over the borders.

Syrian Mohammed Miresh, 60, was waiting in a migrant camp in Serbia to move on to Germany with his wife and son, 17.

He said: "In Turkey we tried hard and my son was working, carrying 50 or 60 kilos of stuff around, for a farm but he was barely getting any money.

"He's so young. I want him to go to school.

"In Germany he can have a future. There is nothing in Serbia for us.

"Maybe we would have stayed in Turkey but it was no life.

"Germany wants us. Germany has said we can go there."

Qais Halimi, 23, fled Afghanistan in the hope of reaching Germany.

He insisted he would head to Germany because Serbia was "too poor".

He said: "Mostly we want to go to Germany because they want us, they accept us."

Another Afghani man who did not want to be named said they would keep on trying to reach Germany, France or the UK.

He said: "This is a poor country. What can we do?

Unkarin pakolaispolitiikka, samoin kuin kansalaisten perusoikeuksien kaventaminen rikkovat jyrkästi EU:n perusarvoja, sanoo Luxemburgin ulkoministeri Jean Asselborn.

Luxemburgin ulkoministeri Jean Asselborn vaatii, että Unkari on erotettava Euroopan unionista joko määräaikaisesti tai jopa pysyvästi. Hän esitti vaatimuksensa saksalaisen Die Welt -lehden haastattelussa.

Asselbornin mukaan Unkarin nykyinen hallitus pääministeri Viktor Orbanin johdolla rikkoo rajusti unionin perusarvoja. Asselbornin mielestä erottaminen on ainoa vaihtoehto, jos unionin yhtenäisyys halutaan säilyttää.

Ministerin luettelee haastattelussa useita vakavia rikkomuksia, joita Unkari on tehnyt EU:n perusarvoja vastaan. Vakavin rike on tyly pakolaispolitiikka ja aitojen rakentaminen, jotta sotaa pakenevat ihmiset eivät voisi tulla hakemaan turvaa Unkarista.

EU-johtajat kokoontuvat perjantaina Slovakian pääkaupunkiin Bratislavaan pohtimaan mm. Britannian eroamista EU:sta.

Ei mitään ongelmaa jos rikkoo sääntöjä, tuhlaa 300 miljardia taivaan tuuliin ja päästää lävitseen miljoona muslimia, kuten Kreikka.

Mutta annas olla jos hyysääminen loppuu. Sillon alkaa eu-päättäjät "tiukoiksi".

Toki Unkarin ero olisi pelkästään hyvä asia. EU:n pitäisi hajota ja jokainen ero on askel eteenpäin, jotta tilalle saataisiin eurooppalaisten ihmisoikeudet huomioiva järjestelmä. Nykyinen eurooppa huolehtii vain eliitin eduista ja siinä sivussa turmelee koko maanosan. On saattanut jo turmella sen pysyvästi tänne päästettyjen muslimijoukkioiden muodossa. Tulos näkyy Suomessakin naamioituneiden akkojen estäessä laillisten mielenilmaisujen pidon ja turhisten tappaessa kantaväestöä viranomaisten siunauksella kuten Otanniemessä.

Voiko EU:sta erota?

- toisaalta tämä osoittaa, että EU tahtoo olla tiivis pieni runkkurinki, jonne kelpaavat vain tyhmät nettomaksajat heidän lisäkseen. Unkari ei ole tyhmä, ei kuulu sisäpiiriin, eikä ole nettomaksaja, eikä nykypolitiikallaan myöskään EU:n pakolaisjätesanko, kuten Kreikka tai entiset Jugoslavian maat, joten siitä olisi herkullista päästä eroon. Kuka asiantuntija tai iso media julkaiseen ensimmäiseksi pelkonsa, että jos Unkari saa kenkää EU:sta, se valuu Venäjän etupiiriin. Sehän ei ole toivottavaa, koska EU on nimenomaan kalastellut Venäjän etupiiristä valtioita helmoihinsa.

Jos Unkarin päättäjillä olisi (tuskin on) munaa ja älliä ilmoittaa että "ok, me erotaan EU:sta", niin tuskinpa EU Unkaria noin vain päästäisi näpeistään.
Eli tyhjiä puheita puolin sekä toisin.
Hienoa olisi, jos Unkari EU:sta eroaisi, moni eurooppalainen normaali valkoinen ihminen sijoittaisi sen jälkeen Unkariin, osa jopa muuttaisi sinne, kun turvaturistit tekisivät tilaa. Mutta unelmaa-han tämä vaan on, että näin tapahtuisi.

Unkari saa voimansa tehdä haluamaansa politiikkaa, koska ei näkisi erotetuksi tulemista minään ongelmana edes. Luxemburgin kova poika on nyt varmasti hyvin rakastettu mies maassa, joka on hoitanut suhteensa itään niin hyvin ettei EU:ta edes tarvittaisi mihinkään.

Suomi toimii niinkuin taakanjakosopimukset velvoittavat, koska pääsemme olemaan EU:n ytimissä vaikuttamassa asepolitiikan kaltaisiin tärkeisiin kysymyksiin. Ja saamaan arvoyhteisön negroidisolttuja maaperällemme. Siksi EU:ta voi kritisoida mutta siitä ei voi erota.

Siinä ero maidemme välillä.

Aitojen rakentaminen on tietysti jokaisen jäsenmaan oma asia, mutta Unkarin tapauksessa se on jopa EU:n velvoittamaa, koska sillä estetään laittomien siirtolaisten läpikulkua muihin EU-maihin. Turvapaikkaa voi hakea raja-asemilta.

Mutta kaikin mokomin erottamisprosessi käyntiin.

Shocking figures show safe nations in and around the EU are being battered at the borders, but are ignored as migrants can cross to more desirable nations including Germany, France and the UK.

Syrian refugees have revealed they view many of the nations they must walk through to reach Europe "too poor" to stay in, despite just leaving their war-ravaged homeland.

Hundreds of thousands have travelled from Syria, Iraq and Afghanistan to Turkey, through Greece, Macedonia and Serbia to reach the EU at the Hungary border.

But the majority have no intention of ever staying in any country they pass through.

In Serbia, migrants can "express the intention to seek asylum" upon entering the country.

This gives them 72 hours to report to one of five migration centres whereupon they can begin their application.

However, of the tens of thousands who have entered asylum centres, less than 600 have sought asylum in the nation.

Allahu akbar Asselbornille. Unkarin lisäksi varmaan pitäisi erottaa loputkin Itä-Euroopan maat ja tilalle vaikka Turkki, Irak, Somalia ja Afganistan.

Mitkä muuten ovat ne EU perusarvot?

Joo, vitsiä voi vääntää, mutta haluaisin kuulla virallisen version johon EU-eliitti uskoo?

Ainakin yksi EU:n perusarvo on syytää rahaa roistovaltio Luxemburgiin.

Kukin EU-maa osallistuu EU:n talousarvion rahoitukseen tasapuolisesti kykynsä mukaan. Mitä suurempi maan kansantalous on, sitä enemmän se maksaa. EU:n talousarvion tarkoituksena ei ole vaurauden jakaminen uudelleen, vaan siinä keskitytään kokonaisvaltaisesti kaikkien eurooppalaisten tarpeisiin.

Luxemburgin osuus EU-rahoituksesta vuonna 2014:

EU-rahoitus Luxemburgissa: 1,714 miljardia EUR
EU-rahoitus suhteessa Luxemburgin bruttokansantuloon: 5,81 %
Luxemburgin maksut EU:n talousarvioon: 0,232 miljardia EUR
Luxemburgin EU-maksujen osuus suhteessa maan bruttokansantuloon: 0,79 %

Matupolitiikka on vain tekosyytä. Todelliset EU-perusarvot ovat itsenäisen ulkopolitiikan menettäminen, jotta betonoiduttaisiin osaksi Länttä Itää vastaan. Tässä lienee syy miksi Niinistön ja Puten välinen rajavalvontasoppari halutaan ajaa alas - EU-mailla ei saa olla mitään itsenäistä ulkopolitiikkaa, jotta saisivat neekerisotilaita tekemään maihinnousuja jatkossakin.

Hungary first European country to sign up for China Silk Road plan

Hungary has become the first European country to sign a cooperation agreement for China's new "Silk Road" initiative to develop trade and transport infrastructure across Asia and beyond, China's foreign ministry said late on Saturday.

The countries' foreign ministers signed a memorandum of understanding for what is formally known as the "One Belt, One Road" project in Budapest, according to a statement on the Chinese foreign ministry website.

China welcomes more European countries to look East, and strengthen cooperation with China and other Asian countries, and participate in the "One Belt, One Road" in various ways, said Wang Yi, China's foreign minister, according to a separate statement on the website.

President Xi Jinping said earlier this year he hoped annual trade with the countries involved in Beijing's plan to create a modern Silk Road would surpass $2.5 trillion in a decade.

Hungary hopes to closely cooperate with China and push on with the Hungarian-Serbia railway and other major construction projects, Hungary's President Janos Ader was quoted as saying by the Chinese foreign ministry.

China is helping fund and build a railway connecting Hungary and Serbia.

Projects under the plan include a network of railways, highways, oil and gas pipelines, power grids, Internet networks, maritime and other infrastructure links across Central, West and South Asia to as far as Greece, Russia and Oman, increasing China's connections to Europe and Africa.
