No siis... nämähän voi käsittää jo Olemassaolo- tai Paikallaolo-rikoksiksi, koska jo se, että olet tietyssä paikassa fyysisesti ja joku toinen kokee sen uhkaavaksi on (jossain maassa) rikos ( ? )
Eihän tuomioistuimessa voi todistaa, että mitä olet ehkä ajatellut, ellet sitä itse ole kertonut kenellekkään ja se on joko talletettu ylös todisteena.
