Sushna, so, dark eyes are kind of uralic influences, uralic racial type typicaly has dark eyes (look to the "Races of Europe"- this book is published also in internet), but of course many people of even pure uralic racial type have light eyes because they have nordic influences. Dark eyes are: hazel, light- brown, dark-brown, black and mixed with light where dark colour is major.
I wrote that dark eyes are uralic influence. Finns are Uralic People, but only 5% of Finns has Uralic (Ladogan) Racial Type and there only few people have dark eyes. Dark eyes was "exchanged" in Finnish nation to light eyes by nordic influences, but some Finns still have dark eyes (not black, but dark), but, of course, yes- dark eyes are rare or very rare in Finnish nation.
What about hair colour. I don't know how and where this examinations was making, but I think that hair colour is very subjective, and depend from for example- light. I found other sources (it's on Stormfront and on other www):

My opinion is most common hair colour in Finnish nation is light and medium brown and dark blond, next is light blond and blond after dark brown.

Coincidentally I came across my own Stormfront post. This will be my first and last post on this forum because I don´t support this forum (you can find me for example from SF) .I do not base my opinions on old "race science books" but to collection of information from different sources. Finns are Finnic people. It is pretty obvious that those regions in which Finnic peoples have lived originally have the most blue eyed (and blondest) population. It is suggested by scientists that actually blue eyes originate from the region in which nowadays is the state of Lithuania. As in my another post, I show the the similarity with the blue-eyedness and comb-cheramic culture. About Finns being Uralic, Finnic peoples have lived and live still today in the regions of modern day Russia. It is also quite obvious that those peoples have nowadays been heavily mixed with Asiatic peoples but it is still regocnized that for example, Maris and Mordvians, to my recalling, have extremely high rate of being red-haired, which is not so common trait amongst Russians or Asians (Siberians). Also the oral tradition tells that the Uralic Finns consider their forefathers being light-eyed. Wouldn´t surprise me a bit. Also, light eyes are not "exchanged" by Nordic influences. Then we should consider that if it was the Nordic influence, we should also consider that it should had changed the Y chromosome haplotype not bein N in so high rate. The same goes for Baltic nations. Lithuania,for example, has also very high frequncy of Y chromosome haplotype N. This is the Finnic people type, who lived in the region before Slavics and Asiatic peoples on Russian region pushed them into about extinction.
