Joukko naisia on ilmoittanut joutuneensa seksuaalisesti ahdistelluiksi musiikkifestivaaleilla Darmstadtissa Saksassa viime viikonloppuna, kertoo Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung (FAZ).

Rikosilmoitusten mukaan moni naisista on joutunut kopeloivien miesryhmien piirittämiksi. Yhteensä 18 naista on joutunut rikoksen uhriksi.

Poliisi on pidättänyt kolme 28-31 vuotiasta miestä. Pidätetyt, jotka ovat turvapaikanhakijoita, olivat poliisin mukaan osa suurempaa miesjoukkoa.

2016-07-12 Breitbart - New Year's Eve Sex Attacks: 2,000 Attackers, Only 120 Suspects

A new police report from the German Federal police (BKA) has revealed that across Germany on New Year's Eve, in Cologne, Stuttgart, and other cities, over 1,200 women were sexually assaulted. Although the report estimates the number of potential attackers to be over 2,000 men, police have so far only identified 120 men, mostly migrants, and have little faith they will ever find the remaining 1,880, Süddeutsche Zeitung reports.

The report breaks down the cases by city. Cologne experienced the largest number of sexual assaults, with a total of 650 women whose cases the police deemed to have merit.  There were a further 400 assaults in Hamburg, and the remaining attacks were reported in cities such as Dusseldorf, Stuttgart, and others.

Of the 1,200 crimes reported in the BKA survey, 642 were exclusively of a sexual nature with only 47 suspects identified in those cases. Most offences, according to the BKA, were a combination of sexual assault and robbery of which they counted 239 offences and only 73 suspects, the vast majority of them migrants from the North African region.

Islam, Sexual Violence, and the West

The mass rape of hundreds of German women mostly by Muslim migrants last New Year's was recently revealed to be far worse than originally acknowledged.

Authorities now believe that more than 1,200 women were sexually assaulted – more than twice the original estimate of 500. While more than 2,000 men were allegedly involved, only 120 suspects — about half of them recently arrived migrants — have been identified.

One explanation for why it took half a year for the full extent of the crime to be revealed is the German police's effort to avoid a public backlash against refugees. But ultimately, Holger Munch, president of the German Federal Crime Police Office, acknowledged to the German newspaper Sueddeutsche Zeitung that there is "a connection between the [sexual assaults] and the rapid migration in 2015."

Denial is not a strategy. Western countries that cherish women's rights must wake up to the fact that many migrants could challenge those values. Most of the mass migration comes from violence-plagued, Muslim-majority countries in the Middle East and North Africa, where women are second-class citizens subject to honor killings and various legal restrictions, and where the local culture often condones rape, encourages wife-beating, and treats women as sexual objects (with 72 virgins promised to Muslim men who reach heaven).

Thus, just as the mass migration from the Middle East and North Africa raises the specter of regular Islamist terror on European soil, it also augurs the kind of sexual abuse that those regions have traditionally tolerated. German officials implicitly seemed to acknowledge as much with their laughably impotent campaign to re-educate migrants using signs that explain acceptable behavior towards women.

German woman invented gang-rape story during Cologne NYE assaults – media

An 18-year-old woman who earlier claimed to have been brutally raped by a gang of refugees in front of a Cologne train station reportedly confessed that her chilling story was fiction the whole time – she hadn't even been in the city on New Year's Eve.
Hundreds of women reported being harassed, abused and even raped by crowds of migrants at the New Year's Eve celebration in central Cologne.

One story stood out – an 18-year-old girl said earlier this year that she had been surrounded by a group of men who "pushed her back and forth like a ball," and one man eventually forced himself upon her.

Immigrant men have groped and sexually assaulted a number of women in a German city in copycat attacks of the New Year's eve sex frenzy in Cologne.

Police said the four women who filed complaints after the incidents in Essen late on Friday could be 'only the tip of the iceberg.'

Women who may have been attacked at the Essen Original city party have been offered a confidential hotline by officers to contact them.

The police presence at the festival was beefed up over the weekend as a result of the sexual assaults.

All said that men came up to them in groups, danced around them, harassed and groped them.

This mirrored the attacks in Cologne on December 31 when mobs of North African migrants assaulted hundreds of women in attacks which served to turn Germany against the open-door refugee policy of Chancellor Angela Merkel.

Despite defending her record in a long interview on Saturday with the BILD newspaper, the chancellor is braced for a beating at the hustings on Sunday when the anti-immigration Alternative for Germany (AfD) party is set to defeat her own CDU conservatives in a regional election in her home state.

Police said the Essen victims were attacked in three parts of the city by North African men in groups of four and six 'who drove their victims into corners and groped them all over.'

Most of the abusers are still being hunted but police apprehended several lone suspects shortly after the complaints were made. Two 16-year-olds and a 46-year-old man were questioned but later released.

Police spokesman Peter Elke said: 'The heavy police presence on the ground meant we could promptly identify and arrest some suspected attackers.' All suspects are immigrants or of a migrant background.

Elke added: 'The sequence of events has to be determined. Therefore we are looking for witnesses to the attacks as enquiries continue.'

The festival continued on Sunday and will end on Monday night.

Organisers have promised to work with police to provide greater security for women in the hours of darkness when bands play and people stroll among food stands, acrobats and street artists.

The news could not have come at a worse time for the chancellor as the AfD is set to score a bigger percentage of the vote in her home state of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern on Sunday.

Thousands of CDU supporters have defected to the AfD as a direct result of her immigration policy. The AfD wants an end to refugee immigration.

It sounds like times past, when people here demanded more and more socialism.

Helsingin poliisin puolustukseksi on kuitenkin sanottava se, että se nosti asian esiin ja julkisuuteen, vaikka siitä seurasikin infernaalinen meteli islamofiilisilta no borders -aktivisteilta ja poliitikoilta mediassa. He vaativat mahdotonta: 100 % todisteita tapahtuneesta ja kiistivät kaiken syyttäen poliisia rasistiseksi pelkästä asian julkituomisesta. Niinpä oikeus viimeistään joutuu vapauttamaan syytteistä, jos asiasta jää järkevä epäily ja epävarmassa tilanteessa tuomitaan asia syytetyn eduksi.

Uuden vuoden aaton juhlissa poliisin pitäiskin käskeä kolmea suurempien tph-joukkojen hajaantua kiinnioton uhalla. Tai mieluummin vokkilaisille ulkonaliikkumiskielto iltakuudesta aamukuuteen. Paras rikos on ennaltaehkäisty rikos. Seksuaali- ja väkivaltarikosten lisäksi tulee tapahtumaan runsaasti omaisuusrikoksia, koska humaltunut uhri on helppo uhri. Oikeus on voittanut, kohta on taas uusivuosi ja lupa kouria.

Ihan oikeasti en ole ihan varma että yksittäinen kouraisu olisi linnatuomion väärti. Suunnitelmallisena, jatkettuna ja ryhmänä tehty ahdistelu on kuitenkin ihan selkeä peruste koko porukan karkoittamiselle. Vähempi ei riitä. Nyt viesti on täysiin väärä.

Politiikka Kölnin uusi vuosi

Vartiointiliike käytti pakolaisia vartijoina

Vasta nyt on selvinnyt, että vastaanottokeskuksen pakolaiset ilmeisesti vartioivat viime vuonna Rheinbrückeä. Kölnin poliisijohtaja antaa tälle vuodenvaihteelle turvallisuustakuun.

Eräs vartiointiyritys palkkasi ilmeisesti viime uutena vuotena Kölnissä 59 pakolaista vartijoiksi. "Bild"-lehden mukaan pakolaiset olivat olleet Saksassa vain vähän aikaa ja heidät rekrytöitiin vasta hieman ennen tehtävää eräästä ensivastaanottokeskuksesta.

Heidän palkkansa oli 5 euroa/tunti - mikä on huomattavasti vähemmän kuin minimipalkka. Lehtijutun mukaan vartiointiliike etsi joulukuussa 2015 vartijoita Kölnin kaupungin toimeksiannosta.

Suurin osa rekrytoiduista oli lähtöisin Pohjois-Afrikasta, Syyriasta ja Afganistanista. He olivat työssään vastuussa mm. sillan sulkemisesta. Sillalla pääsi kuitenkin syntymään liiallista tungosta ja paniikkia jalankulkijoiden keskuudessa.

Työpaikaltaan kadonneet

Kaiken lisäksi vartiointitoimiin palkatut pakolaiset käyttäytyivät osittain törkeän karkeasti. Eräät heistä katosivat työpaikaltaan ja osa turvahenkilöistä oli humalassa. Kölnin kaupungin hallinto selitti Bild-lehdelle, että yhteistyö vartiointiliikkeen kanssa oli aiemmin sujunut "aivan ongelmitta".

Kölnin poliisijohtaja Jürgen Mathies on antanut nyt turvallisuustakuun tulevan vuodenvaihteen juhlille kaupungin keskustassa. "Lupaan teille, että voitte siellä tuomiokirkon edustalla tuntea olonne täysin turvalliseksi", sanoi Mathies "Kölner Stadt-Anzeiger" -lehdelle. Tämä on hänen tärkein intressinsä ja "tätä tavoitetta palvelee Kölnin poliisin uuden vuoden näkyvyyskampanja."   

Köln valmistautuu edellisen uuden vuoden tapahtumien jälkeen massiivisella 1.500 poliisin paikallaololla. 300 poliisia on liikkeellä kolmen hengen partioina ja he ovat tunnistettavissa jo kaukaa valoliiveistään. Lisäksi keskustan alueiden valaistusta parannetaan ja niitä valvotaan videokameroin.

Vuoden 2015 ja 2016 vaihteessa sadat pääosin pohjoisafrikkalaiset henkilöt tekivät Kölnin päärautatieasemalla massiivisesti seksuaalisia hyökkäyksiä naisten kimppuun, sekä ryöstelivät ihmisiä. Tapaukset herättivät laajaa huomiota Saksassa ja ulkomailla.
